Driving by? Then stop here for some great Malasadas & an Iced Coffee ☕. The sandwich was pre-made, but was fresh! They offer covered tables and seating around the shop and while we were there they had live music. Currently they only offer porta potties, but they did have hand washing units!

I just moved Hilo side from O’ahu, so I’m out doing touristy things with my mom’s. Had a nice drive out to Kona and stopped here, as I alway enjoy the breads & rolls. I decided to get a hamburger steak plate lunch and my mom got the hot pastrami & Swiss cheese sandwich. My mom said her sandwich was pretty good, unfortunately mine tasted like it came from a retirement home. For $14.49 I was expecting, we’ll I guess hoping, the hamburger was good. McDonalds hamburgers taste better. We also got a mango & regular malasada, those were good. And a pack now guava sweet rolls for French toast in the morning. I totally took advantage of the samples of rolls

This place might be good for its baked goods, but it’s a pretty disappointing spot for lunch. It stays busy mostly because tour guides often stop here. Still, I’d recommend trying their baked treats — that’s where they really shine.
Prices are reasonable.

Busy tourist stop but worth the Visit! The Apple Cinnamon Bread was out of this World GOOD! Delicious. The pre-made tuna sandwich was also fresh & very good. Plenty of covered seating away from crowded Store. Clean. Very kind helpful service and fairly priced. Definitely worth the drive & time.

What a wonderful place tobstop at! They have 2 large gazebos to eat at. The smell of the fresh backing that happens when you are here is mouth watering. Food is very good, with plenty of sweets to choose from.

What a great stop! The bakery has tons of delicious flavors to choose from — it’s hard to pick just one. My husband was even able to enjoy a gluten-free treat bar, which was such a nice surprise. The sweet bread was delightful as well. There’s also a fun gift shop on-site and live island music that adds to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you’re passing through.

We liked the Bismark and Lilikoi Malasadas a lot and would recommend. Cream puffs were not great. Their is a huge line but it moves faster. Note that the Bismark and Lilikoi Malasadas get sold out very easily, so be their early. We arrived around 1pm and were able to get them. You can also buy several souvenirs at the store.

3.5 ⭐️ because of the nice gift shop, beautiful garden and a lovely singer.
The staff isn’t very friendly.
The malasadas are okay. I prefer from Leonard’s Bakery in Honolulu.
