When I got there, the location was difficult to find. I called the number on google, no answer. Then called the number on the confirmation email. A young lady told me that the order should have been canceled and and I should have received a refund. ( I did not receive notification of a cancellation) She told me to call back the next day (same number, i asked) to talk to the manager about a refund.
I called back the next day, because I had only received a partial refund. Everything was refunded but the tip. I called introduced myself gave the reason for my call and then they hung up on me. Could have been the same person, could have been the manager, the same person could have been the manager. I did not receive a call back and They no longer answered when I rang.
I omitted some red flags i overlooked for time but I was super excited to try their food. My order sounded bomb. I was even considering giving them another try until I got hung up on.
