Ordered takeout — the coleslaw was soured. I called to let them know so no one else would get sick, and instead of concern or an apology, I got attitude and excuses. Back in my day, a store would’ve made it right. They didn’t even offer. Sad, unprofessional, and disappointing.

I have been to many locations and the chicken has always been wonderful and juicy. When to the Clear Creek rd location in Killeen Texas today and the food was terrible. The chicken was overcooked, rubbery and was very, very salty. The gravy was lumpy and salty. I have been to this location many times and this has never happened before. Perhaps a disgruntled employee is on the loose. I want my juicy fresh chicken back.
