I asked for vanilla bean M iced coffee with whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top. I have no idea if it was the vanilla bean or something else that they got pumpkin. When I asked at the speaker what they said I was ignored. The screen was covered with a sign. Til I was done with my order that I seen “pumpkin swirl” I had to race down to the window so they wouldn’t have to redo the coffee. But when I corrected my order to the 3 ladies that were there they just started yelling, one just squeezed the syrup to one side and all speaking a language I didn’t understand. Giving me and my husband attitude. I didn’t appreciate the service but over all the food was okay. Burnt but fine.

I normally do not go to this Dunkin even though it is literally down the street from my house, but today I was being lazy. I ordered a medium french vanilla cold brew with sweet foam and light ice in which they charged me $0.79 extra for. This is what I received. Barely any sweet foam and so much ice the lid was not on all the way. I will NOT be coming back to this location and will gladly drive extra to go to the other Dunkin further down on Lagrange. Very disappointed.

I ordered a chai latte and it tasted absolutely HORRIBLE—undrinkable. I politely asked if it could be remade and even offered to PAY for another drink. Instead of basic customer service, the drive-thru employee yelled at me, spoke in a rude and disrespectful tone, and said “ I’ll give you a refund, I don’t want to remake anything for you.”
I was shocked. No apology. No professionalism. Just hostility and attitude over a simple drink issue. If this is how customers are treated for calmly asking for help, this place should not be in business.

Came to this Dunkin to try their Matcha for the first time . The the woman on window was very sweet however The dude on drive through had the weirdest attitude as I was asking simple questions about a drink I’ve never had before. When I asked how strong the matcha was he replied “as strong as any other Dunkin Matcha “ which I responded-I’ve never had Dunkin Matcha to which he responded” neither have I…….. “ if you hate your job, you don’t have to work there. The drink itself is pretty good but I wouldn’t recommend this location

I had such a wholesome experience that made my whole day. I have my LSAT Exam coming up, and the worker let me stay in Dunkin, even past the closing time, which is 7:30ish. Also, before his shift ended, he offered me a doughnut. So sweet!!

The lady is always rushing you as soon as you pull up. I’ve been here twice first time I didn’t want to think that’s how they are and maybe they had a bad morning but no second time and she rolls her eyes and rushes you. Coffee is never good..

Went there this morning, had a few problems the past few times. But the lady at the window asked if I had physical money because their card reader is drive thru wasn’t working, I said I didn’t. She looked at me for a moment then I said forget it I won’t get my order then, she was taking my card away from the window & I kept asking for it back that I didn’t want the order, & she gave it back & I drove off. That’s the last time I’m going there now.

I had to choose a place to make the first ever gender reveal cake for my older sister. So When this location agreed to do their very first gender reveal ice cream cake, I was so excited! The manager was the most sweetest person to work with and was able to give us what we wanted in a 24 hour notice!!! Props to her cake maker for taking our ideas and making a cake worth a while! I would recommend you guys to choose ice cream cake over color dyed cake any day. It was the best tasting cake ever, and all the kids enjoyed it.
