Ordered drinks and food on the app. Waited 20 minutes after it said it was ready. Brought my food out and said their carbonation machine was out so they had no soft drinks. I asked for her to refund my money for the drinks and she said I had to do it in the app but she didn’t know how to do that. Well you can’t cancel anything in the app after they have brought the food out. They shorted us three cheese sticks too! I ordered a 6 piece and only got three. Have tried numerous times to call the number there and it says they are not taking calls. This has always been my go to location but not anymore!

Once again ordered the lemon slush…I did not order the fresh water slush or whatever that’s called but that’s what the girl gave me again. I told her it tasted like sugar water and she insisted she put 3 whole lemons in it. Instead of making it correctly she just argued she did it right. It’s the same girl over and over. She needs retraining especially on customer service or take her off the window. Don’t bother with your same generic answer as you give everyone else why don’t you go in there and fix the problems with this store. Teach your workers respect for the customer and especially how to make orders right. You dear owner are 95% of the problem. I won’t be going back to this Sonic.
Order a large lemon slush at the drive thru. Got home and checked it since all I tasted was sugar slush. There was 2 1/4 slices of lemon in the bottom. I stirred it up and it still tasted like sugar water. I guess they forgot to put the lemon juice in. I added my own squeezed lemon juice and then it was fine. Not really wanting to pay for something and then go home and make it so it is right and drinkable.

The owner needs to get the intercom system fixed at the Reno location in Lamar County. I would not blame any employee that works there if they walked out. You aren’t treating your employees or patrons fair when you have faulty equipment that needs fixed immediately!! So grateful we have other Sonic options in Paris Tx…Reno is off the list

Super slow! Fries and tots were really greasy. Ordered dipping sauces, but none were included. Tried to get some, but after waiting over a minute for someone to answer the button, we finally gave up.

Ordered food here just last night the food was made wrong, I didn’t even get a receipt with my order and I called to have them remake my order and due to me not having the receipt they couldn’t remake my food. Also the number of times I have went here just for a bag of ice and got told their ice machine was low and they couldn’t sell ice not even a cup of ice. I find that hard to believe because they have to have ice for drinks. Thank Sonic in Reno for your horrible service I will never go to this location again.

The service was pretty good. My lemonade tasted Iike water, so I exchanged it for a Sprite. Some of the chicken my client ate was chewy, so he threw it out. They need to check the lemonade periodically to make sure it actually taste like lemonade.

Don’t even bother!
Took the grandkids to get a snack. We ordered 3 drinks and they got 2 of them wrong. Hit the button to let know and had they had no response, just dead silence. Finally caught the attention of a passing car hop to let her know and they finally got it right. Took over 20 minutes to get our correct order. Never again.

No one was at the store. Placed app order, say in stall for 15 min. Realized all cars left. Drove up to kitchen, no lights and no people. Order is still in the kitchen…
Not best not worst sonic. At times can be better than other times guess depending on the staff. Still best place for drinks.

Sat at the window drive-through 25 minutes 5 cars that were waiting behind me left and I actually had to drive to the window even though the guy could see me sitting there to order. when I asked to order they did not even say sorry. I ordered some fries and a couple of blast icecream took them almost 10 minutes to get that right. They did not even care that people are leaving parking lot. They were not busy only had 3 cars parked. maybe they just are having a great time inside. Me personally would fire every one of them, since they don’t care about their job.
