Extra shout out to our waitress, Tiffany. Approached us quickly, listened to our questions, and gave us some really thoughtful guidance. Followed up when food arrived, checked back on drinks… flawless!
Found the mac and cheese from online research, but the lobster ravioli stole the show. Really good food quality across the board. Get the grilled artichokes, but be advised theres no sauce (we ended up sorta mixing it in with everything and it was great). If you see another short review for Tiffany with a weird pig picture (prize from Dave and Busters), its because he was so happy that she helped him figure out his order- his first review ever.

Great experience all around! Lorie, our server was outstanding! We shared a house salad, a bottle of wine and two entrées we combined together they were fantastic! Had the stuffed shells and the husband shrimp paesano. We shared half-and-half and it was a super great combination! Love the bread and dipping sauce, thanks Lorie for that! Too full to have dessert need to come back sometime just for that!

The food was satisfying, and the overall vibe of the place was nice. We went as a group of six and had a pleasant experience. We ordered shrimp Paesanos, snapper Paesanos, baked ziti, mac and cheese, and garlic bread, and everything came out on time and tasted good. Our server was very kind and provided excellent service throughout our visit.
The male restroom was clean, although there was still an unpleasant smell. Aside from that, the food, service, and ambience were enjoyable. Dining outdoors allowed us to enjoy the river view, and since we went for dinner, the view was especially impressive and added to the experience.

Valentines day dinner was EXCELLENT.. AND The customer service we received from Tina & Lauri was impeccable. They turned what could have been a bad experience starting with the hostess stand .. to an excellent experience.KODOS to them both The food was delicious the pear salad with cranberries and pecans was top notch. The prime rib was tender and delicious with every bite. The lemon tart desert was the perfect pallet cleanser.

We had a good experience. The service was fast, even though the place was quite busy, which we really appreciated. The food was good overall. We had shrimp Paesanos, snapper Paesanos, baked ziti, mac and cheese, and garlic bread. Everything came out quickly and was decent.
The mac and cheese was really good and definitely stood out compared to the other dishes. Nothing else was amazing, but everything was satisfying and enjoyable, making it a good spot if you’re already at the River Walk and want reliable food with quick service.

Celebrated my birthday at Paesanos a little worried it was a tourist trap since it’s on the Riverwalk, but I was going for the vibes anyway, but it turned out to be SO good! The service was great & the food was excellent. Wasn’t expecting everything to be so good. I had a reservation & requested to be sat outside & they were able to accommodate my group of 5 (originally 7 but no issues) and seat us where we requested. There’s also parking on the street level right above it across the street so it’s perfect you just go down the stairs and the restaurant is there. 5/5 & highly recommend!

We ordered the snapper if you love fish please order this as it came with side pasta sauce was on point. We paired our dinner it with a bottle of Chianti .
My daughter loved her Alfredo fettuccini.
Cheesecake was perfect to end the evening.

This Italian-American restaurant is divine. The dishes were delicious and very filling.
We had a table inside and it was a bit too cold for my liking… The ambiance is very private and dark (this seems to be trendy nowadays). It was nice to be able to see the river while having dinner, it was very peaceful.
Food was very good. My bf ordered the Chicken Marsala and you could definitely taste the wine! My Cheese Manicotti was cheesy but there was a bit too much passata. Nonetheless we enjoyed our dinner a lot.
Waiter, I didn’t get his name sadly, was very helpful and friendly. He recommended a nice place for breakfast and he was sooo right! We were very happy with his service and he was incredible! Wish I had his name because he deserves praise!

Great atmosphere and great staff. My wife loved her Chicken Marsala. The bread/oil was also delicious. I had the baked ziti – it was okay. The pasta and mozzarella were a tad undercooked and there was too much sauce (personal opinions). I would still order it again.

On vacation here in San Antonio for our anniversary and we love Italian. We were on the riverwalk and decided on this place. And it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The service was amazing. They sat us right next to the river which was beautiful. I am a sucker for restaurants with “famous” items so I had to try the shrimp paesano appetizer and it was the best shrimp I have ever had. So juicy and full of flavor. My main entree was the Chicken Marsala and I swear its the best chicken marsala I’ve ever had too. The chicken was fresh and crispy. The noodles on the side were perfectly sauced and delicious. The waitress even brought us a surprise dessert which were cinnamon sugar donut ball things. They were delicious as well. The whole experience was amazing and beautiful. And it didn’t cost as much as i thought it would be either. I will definitely come back here again on our next visit to the area. You guys were amazing.
