The “Gaucho” is the South American cowboy and “asado” the traditional method of BBQ using only charcoal and a wood fire grill. These elements are integral in the Argentine, Uruguayan and Brazilian cultures. Inspired by these elements and our passionate spirit, our first restaurant & wine shop provides Miami free range, grass fed meats cooked over our wood fire grill and paired with our curated wines. Gaucho Ranch has been promoting and educating consumers about the benefits of hormone & antibiotic free beef for almost 25 years. We are overjoyed to share this experience with you. I just ran into this quaint family owned restaurant. Great vibe. The staff is very friendly. I loved the grass fed beef menu ! Had the wagu burger and the empanadilla were both delicious! The dulce de leche dessert was excellent.

I was just walking around looking for a good meal and stumbled upon this absolute gem. The quality of the meat was outstanding — perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and clearly top-notch ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and lively, making the whole experience even better. One of those places you find by chance and immediately want to come back to. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing dinner at Gaucho last night! Every dish was incredible, we started with the provoleta, burrata with caponata, beef tartare, and mollejas, all perfectly prepared and full of flavor. For the main course, the Cowboy 30 was simply outstanding, juicy and cooked to perfection, served with grilled lettuce and potatoes. The atmosphere was warm, and the service made the experience even better. We also tried all three desserts on the menu, and honestly, each one was better than the other, the
perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. Huge thanks to Chef José and our server Eury for being so kind and attentive, they made the night even better! Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Miami, highly recommended!

Gaucho Ranch Grill & Wines absolutely delivered. The ambiance was charming, warm, and cozy. Service was friendly and attentive. The burger was perfection, juicy and well-seasoned. The ribeye was intensely flavorful with a bold char. The pork belly was melt in your mouth tender and paired nicely with the sweet potato purée. Everything came out beautifully plated and timed just right. Definitely a spot I would return to for a satisfying and elevated meat forward meal.

I love this restaurant. All their meat is grass finished. They accommodate gluten-free. We had a mushroom appetizer and grilled zucchini appetizer that were amazing. Then we shared filet mignon and flank steak. Both were amazing cooked medium. Finishing off we had their grilled pineapple with honey, goat cheese, and coconut ice cream with sliced almonds. Amazing way to finish the dinner.

Phenomenal!! It’s an experience! The food, the service (thank you Camilla!), and the atmosphere are a 10! We sat at the bar and watched as the food was being prepared. Every ingredient was fresh and hand selected! The meat was delicious! All grass fed and melted like butter in my mouth! The restaurant is spotless including the kitchen! Camilla was excellent! She is very knowledgeable as she is from Argentina and she knows how good this food is! She was very attentive and helpful when it came to selecting our choices! We are already planning our next visit here! I highly recommend!

My family and I came here yesterday after going to the high mass for my wife’s confirmation and communion at St. Mary’s Cathedral, which is conveniently only about a mile away! The whole experience was great, our server very attentive and friendly, the food was delicious and of high quality, and even the drinks were great, cuz they have glass bottle Evian water, which is my wife’s absolute favorite! I will say that the portion sizes are fairly conservative for the price, but since it is miami and the ingredients are organic and grass fed/finished I can understand. All in all I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a great meal in a small and welcoming setting. I had the chicken thighs with pee wee potatoes, my dad had the flap steak with pee wee potatoes, my mom had the burger with grilled salad, and my wife had the ribeye with broccolini and everything was cooked nicely with the wood fire char taste from the open grill
