The carhop was great! The triple bacon smash burger was good with the exception of the missing bacon. The chili cheese tots? Paid a dollar each extra for the cheese and chili. The tots were very disappointing.

This is for the Sonic on Rangeline. My husband and I had seen the commercial for the Sonic Hawaiian chicken club sandwich on the Hawaiian brand buns. So we decided to try it. Rangeline Sonic was the closest. I was a bit apprehensive about it because they haven’t consistently had good hot food, unlike the Sonic on Paris road. Sad to say I was disappointed again. It took between 10-15 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered. The sandwiches were flat as pancakes when we opened them out of the packaging. It wasn’t hot and it wasn’t very good. This was at lunch time and we were told they were out of onion rings. Unbelievable!!!!
The waiter was nice and pleasant, so I can’t fault him.
But I think it’s now worth going a little further to get what I want instead of going back to this Sonic and gambling my money. Almost $5.00 is quite a bit to spend on a chicken sandwich to be completely disappointed (see pictures below).

This is the second time they have not honored snacky hour prices and said nothing can be done. Don’t promote something if you aren’t going to honor it, false advertising??? Besides that our car hop seem to be the only one there grinding it out taking out like 4-5 orders at once with a full lot so you go girl.

Not only did we wait forever to receive our food in a short line. But the girl working was extremely unpleasant, so much so that the 5 year old in the backseat said, “she was rude, she must not have slept last night!” When I got home and found my coney dog inedible I was extremely frustrated. I found multiple fries within the chili sitting at the bottom and the hotdog was barely even cooked and the bun was hard. The other regular sized coney dog we ordered was just fine. Super disappointed!

Best Sonic I’ve ever been too. Missy got all the items we ordered, delivered our food flawlessly (though I didn’t park very well for her to be able too she still did) and she came and check on us to make sure everything was correct and if we needed anything!! I have never been checked on with fast food after my food was delivered so that was an experience I needed to leave a review about. Definitely will be back and I hope everyone gets Missy like my family did she’s a gem!

Got there and they were moderately busy. I wasn’t in a hurry so I opted for a stall over going through the drive thru. The gentleman that waited on me was incredibly funny, but was not well trained.
He had to ask how to add condiments, and couldn’t figure out how to do large tots and a medium drink. I ended up just getting a large drink, but not the end of the world. The more he struggled, the more frustrated he got. All in all, would have a much better review had someone spent some time training him vs letting him try to ring in an order with no experience.

So, I usually only stop for HH drinks, but this particular day, I added chili cheese fries. THIS is a $3.49 cheese fry? It was like 12 fries with a splash of chili and cheese..it tasted delicious, but it is SO overpriced, if this is the portion you get.
