I was greeted with a smile which is wonderful. I really like the burger and fries at Five Guys! It’s my go to when I want a burger . Fries are always fresh and hot and perfectly salted. Order whatever toppings u r in the mood for. It’s all fresh! The soda machine is great! Fill it up before u go too! I sat inside and It was nice and chilly and clean. Instead of numbers they have switched to calling your name when your food is ready. I like that better. The staff was great!

Fries are awesome as is staff but at 11$ a burger which is bone dry and 1/8 of an inch thick how the heck did they win awards on it? Super thin burgers cooked through and through no fat no juice no flavor a double burger is thinner then a normal half inch single should be… Make burgers great again.

Pretty rude experience today. Long wait. I asked the cashier for help in the future placing orders for pickup online, and her words “I don’t know anything about the app nor can’t I help you with it”
She went a back and a coworker asked her what the issue was and she explained it to them and they were fine with it. ♂️
It’s just tough coming here if you know you’re going to have a long wait for a burger and you’re in a rush or have kids with you that’ll have to wait too.

We love our local Five guys!!! Always great and quick service. The prices are a bit high but its worth splurging on every once in a while sonce the kids are OBSESSED with their burgers!! The orders always come out correct and are very tasty!! Great job team!! Keep up the good work and great customer service!!

Burgers are always good, but the speed of the service here is ridiculous. Took over 24 min to get a little burger and fries and then when order was ready the burger warm warm. I would have asked for a new one but things were so slow and I needed to get going. Only 4 people working on a Friday night, seems kind of light.

Went there today at 120 pm. It took like 40 minutes to get my food. I told them they forgot it. Personally no big deal. My opinion. Stuff happens.. if I s that concerned about it, I would have mentioned something 20 minutes in.
Anyway it’s best to judge a place by how they handle mistakes. Anyone can get an order correct but it takes true professionalism to handle things well when they go wrong.
They put a rush on the order. Every manager in the place went out of their way to apologize to me and unprompted they compensated me for my wait. I didn’t ask for any of this. Anyway the staff was friendly and beyond professional. See you again soon

This was my first time trying a Five Guys restaurant and I was happy with it. The food was delicious, and I could tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients. We got a basic bacon cheeseburger “all the way” (but no mushrooms) and medium fries. So many fries! We could’ve easily split a small. The burger was juicy and delicious and the fries were tasty although I should’ve asked for no salt.
Service was easy and friendly at the counter and restaurant was clean. I’d recommend Five Guys for a quality burger with hand cut fries. We also liked unlimited refills at the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine for mixing custom fountain drinks
