Tyrell was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. His energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness truly elevated our entire experience. He was knowledgeable about the menu even for someone who had only been working here for a week , gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Tyrell went above and beyond, and we couldn’t have asked for a better server. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have him again!

came in recently for my birthday dinner and had the best service I’ve had in a while. My waitress was super attentive the entire time and were congratulating me for my birthday and made me feel very welcome. I specifically remember the manager Valerie, She was super kind the entire time. Overall, the service was really nice. The atmosphere is beautiful, very classy and elegant and the food was exquisite. I had the spicy Calabrian pasta and Id gladly recommend to anyone. had a great time here!

Went to Earl’s to meet friends who were coming in from the western suburbs and we were staying in the city. It was very convenient for both parties. Modern Asian is a good description of the menu. The sushi was OK, presentation was stunning but the flavors were a bit bland for the Waygo steak roll. The Korean bowl was liked.
The place has a bit of a street vibe. A bit louder than expected and a bit of a club vibe.

Grace was amazing. Second time having her as a server. Second time visiting the restaurant. Small first party and larger Second party and Grace’s customer service never wavered. She was so kind to my elderly mother. Grace was patient and accommodating. She made our experience top tier!!!

It was my first time at Earls in Assembly Row. I was also on a first date. The hosts were very nice. We sat down and the energy was amazing. We had an incredible Server named Ava. Ava was genuinely warm, attentive and precise. Her personality made everything so easy. We initially sat at one of the tables in the center, we wanted a booth. When another party finished, Ava made it all happen! We moved to a booth and the vibe was even better. The sticky ribs, broccolini, oysters & dumplings were amazing, all 10 out of 10! The Lychee martini, spicy marg & white peach whiskey sour were all delicious! Sue, The Manager on duty, was great! She recommended the crème brûlée cheesecake! Earls is absolutely a destination! Make the reservation!

my bf took me here for a brunch and it was so good! we started with espresso martinis, had the crispy rice sushi for our starter, which we definitely recommend! i loved the passion fruit martini and would have it again. we had the nashville sandwich and the classic burger, both great.

I randomly wanted to treat my family to a nice night out to eat and our waitress AILISH was phenomenal. She was amazingly attentive and really made sure we were well satisfied with our place of seating, checking in making sure we had all our drinks and refreshments. AILISH was so great to us! If any MANAGERS are reading this I def have to tell you she is definitely a top-notch employee in Earls restaurant establishment. If I could send a tip randomly again I would it was that great of service. Great Live Atmosphere, food and location was lively all-around amazing restaurant to go often go to.
