Came down to NOLA to visit family and decided to stop by which turned out to be the best decision I made on the trip. The Dirty Shrimp was delicious, the strawberry lemonade was great and Marie is an absolute gem. Between successfully juggling multiple orders, giving great recommendations on local attractions, and great conversations, this random stop turned out to be a highlight of my trip.

I had such a great experience here! The food is delicious, super fresh, and full of flavor. This place is well-known for its amazing Popoy, and it definitely lived up to the hype.

Mario and his staff are incredibly friendly and professional, they make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. I also highly recommend trying their drinks; they’re refreshing, well-balanced, and a perfect match with the food.

Overall, an excellent spot with great vibes, great service, and food that never disappoints!

I’d like to make the claim that this could be the best poboy in town!
We went twice in one day, loved the shrimp and the dirty shrimp poboy with delicious bread, generous amount of prawns, nicely fried and fresh toppings.
Save yourself from the long queues on bourbon St or at a guy named John, Voodoo Tavern is the actual King in town!

Great stop before our tour! The Dirty Shrimp Po’ Boy and Cajun Pork Fries were delicious and packed with Cajun flavor. Fun bar atmosphere, good drinks, and friendly service. Several tours actually leave right from the bar, and it’s right by the French Market and just a couple blocks from Frenchmen Street. Definitely worth checking out!
