Incompetent Mattituck Mcdonald’s Workers!!!
HELLOOO, can you guys read???? I ASKED FOR A PLAIN, you inputed plain. You also inputed cheese for other one. I’m tired of the workers wasting MY MONEY!!! This has happened sooo many times and I also try to go back and have it corrected. If i do it right then and there you’ll fix it but if i want to go back the next day or even a few hours later you guys deny the remake. It is my money, I have avoided this place since the last time
you guys did the same error. How could it be possible for you as an owner to hire so many incompetent employees. I will never go back. I have had so many same encounters but so many not only fix it but it never happens again in those places. I’m so furious with the amount of times i’ve had to go inside here to correct my order that shouldn’t be happening. Mcdonald’s ain’t even that good, it’s just a cheap snack when yr lazy or busy w work and need food. IT SHOULDNT BE THIS COMPLICATED. it’s a fast food establishment. It’s literally an option you can select, why offer add/remove items if you guys can’t even read.

I’ve given this McDonald’s in Mattituck way too many chances, and they fail me every single time. The main issue? They constantly put cheese on my order — even when I explicitly request NO CHEESE. I’m not talking once or twice. I mean every single visit.
It’s not just annoying, it’s infuriating. Whether it’s for dietary reasons, allergies, or just personal preference, when someone says NO CHEESE, it’s not a suggestion. It’s the most basic part of the order, and they still can’t get it right.
To make it worse, the staff doesn’t seem to care. No apology, no fix. If you can’t read the screen or follow a simple request, maybe you shouldn’t be working the line.
I’m done wasting money here. If you’re in Mattituck and want your order done right, go literally anywhere else.

Fast service in mornings. Cheerful staffer. Food is consistent. Kiosks are usually out of receipt paper and could use a wipe down of screens with so many people touching them.
