Updated Review – 10/20/23: Friday night…. Neither one of us wanted to cook… we decided on pizza. So, we call for a pick-up from our favorite pizza place…. Infusino’s Pizza on Washington. It was delicious! We got a medium sausage and pepperoni pizza on virgin crust…. And an Italian salad. Everything was Mmmm!!! We love Infusino’s Pizzeria!

Updated Review – 10/8/23: It was Sunday night and we ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage from Infusino’s to pick up. We were out and thought it would be easier to pick it up and eat at home. The pizza was DELICIOUS! The pizzas from Infusino’s are always the best! Mmmm!!!

Updated Review – 12/7/23: We were craving pizza, so we ordered a virgin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza…. and a virgin crust cheese pizza. At the same time, we ordered an Italian salad. Everything was DELICIOUS! We love the virgin crust. The salad was jammed packed with lettuce, pepperoni, cheese, and olives! Yum! I highly recommend Infusino’s Pizzeria!

Original Review: I was out of town, so I ordered my wife dinner online. An Infusino’s pizza with sausage, onions, mushrooms, and cheese. What a great husband I am. Lol. She said it was delicious! Just like every pizza we ever get from Infusino’s. Always hot, delicious, and fresh! I highly recommend ordering from Infusino’s. I guarantee you will love the food!

Do not order pizza from Infusinos on Washington. It’s very trash compared yo Rapids drive Infusinos. They use old dough thats not mixed or proofed right. Look at the photos between the two. Ordered a small virgin crust on washington and its almost flat and very unappealing. The thicker virgin crust is risen just right at the infusinos on Rapids. Please make your pizza with quality for now on. Thank you

I wasn’t in the mood to cook, so we opted for pizza and decided to try a new place. I ordered a large pizza with the “old world” crust, but it was a huge letdown. The crust had no flavor, and the bottom was doughy and spongy. Did NOT taste fully cooked.

Infusino’s West just lost a customer to Ruffalo’s 2 in Kenosha. Took a break from here in June due to the lousy pizza we paid for. Decided to give them another try. Ordered a virgin crust and received what looked like a thin crust, along with a burnt top. I can’t believe they thought it was acceptable to ask for money for this so called pizza. Besides the pizza, the men that answer the phone for carry out are extremely rude. NO ONE says hello when they answer and they always sound irritated to take the call. Thanks Infusino’s West, I’m onto spending WAY LESS for better pizza from Ruffalo’s.

Asked if they delivered..the guy who answered the phone said “hold on let me see if he wants to delivery “…proceed to give my order and once I gave them my address he said “Never mind the delivery driver dosent want to do it”..mind you im only 10 minutes away..and this is not the first time they delivered to this address.

I ordered an extra cheese, extra mushroom pizza… and there was barely cheese on half the pizza and definitely not enough mushrooms. Very disappointed in quality

The owners were really nice about things and did offer me another pizza complimentary and I thought that was nice. That being said, I have gone to the restaurant and ordered things many times where everything was wonderful. That’s the main reason I wrote the review is that it just wasn’t up to their usual standards. I was highly disappointed with this order in particular.

They have changed. Used the delivery service for Spaghetti and meatball , there was no meatballs and the sauce was watered down. Yesterday picked up a pizza the sauce was watered down so much. I went to piggly wiggly and bought some pizza sauce and that made it better. But they have gone down so much.
