Way below average We ordered a supreme pizza with green peppers and onions only on half and added black olives on the same half. We received a pizza with black olives on the whole pizza and it was missing the green peppers and onions. Image 1. We informed them of the mistake and they did not offer to fix it. We then ask them to fix it, and they made us a second pizza apparently based on the original order. However, it had black olives on the wrong side and was missing pepperoni completely. Image 2. Elmos in Goshen is good. Prices are great if you want to eat for cheap. I like the chipotle sauce better than Subways. I do think that their subs are better than their lunch/dinner pizza, but the pizza is still decent. I haven’t tried any breakfast Items yet. I like to get a Turkey Tempter salad with chipotle dressing, bosco sticks, a quesadilla, and a large fountain all for like 18 bucks. My husband likes to do they Turkey Tempter sub minus the bacon for 10 bucks. We order usually once a week. They do “mess up” the online order occasionally, but ours has always changed it for us when we tell them. They are very friendly there. I have no complaints.

Ordered a pizza and wings for dinner online. Went to pick it up and they gave away my order. They never offered to make another pizza or anything, no offer to pick something else or anything, just gave me $10.00 in gift cards. My order was $15.00. When I ask for my money back, which again, they didn’t offer me my money back, I was told they could not refund me there. I was told to leave my info and they will issue a refund to my debit card. I walked out with no dinner and no refund. This is NOT good customer service. I will not be returning to Elmo’s.

Good pizza, good service. But get it fresh, as the quality drops quickly. We pre-ordered for a birthday party, and the pizzas were lukewarm when I picked them up. By the time we ate, they were cold and the crust was hard.

Clean, friendly, and fast. We enjoy this gas station. Great slushies and the “restaurant” portion is a wick pizza style bite to eat. Breakfast all day as well when the elmos part is open. There is also a drive thru.

I ordered a Stromboli sub with no onion, no grn peppers and no mushrooms. They messed up the ordered and put all three on. I don’t think that they even pay attention to what they are doing.

Fries were a bit soggy and bland. Chicken parm sub was just frozen chicken tenders with a touch of sauce.

Elmos pizza is good better than most pizza around town really look forward to trying a sub and also this gas station has the best donuts hands down 🙂
