Ok, listen, the food was good. But the prices were actually insane. $23 lamb wrap but no fries or anything. Good food. But honestly? I don’t know if it was completely worth it

Great food!!! We got the falafel bowl and the doner plate and they were both amazing!! The pita was thick and moist and all the food was flavorful. The people who worked there were also very kind and patient. Also some of the best falafel I’ve ever had. The restaurant was small inside with no AC, but they had a cute shaded patio which was nice to sit in and people watch. 10/10, I will be coming back!!

The food here punches way above its weight class. It’s a hidden gem for quality eats, though the seating is limited, so plan accordingly. If you can get a seat then you won’t regret it, its worth the wait but dont show up starving.

Great joint, nice place to grab a filling and tasty bite with plenty of outdoor seating.
The size of my lamb wrap was very generous and the ingredients were super fresh.

Although the restaurant is modest in size and somewhat understated in decor, the quality of the food was exceptional. The staff demonstrated remarkable patience as I deliberated over my order and were notably friendly and accommodating throughout our meal. It was also endearing to see them enjoying a bit of downtime, watching ‘Kill Bill’ on the small television with us from the kitchen after having attended to our needs. This blend of excellent cuisine and personable service made for a memorable dining experience.

My husband and I stopped in this cute little place for lunch and so glad we did. He ordered the chicken shawarma plate and I ordered the bowl. Nearly all the same items come with them with some slight variations between the two. They definitely pile up on the delicious food! The gentlemen behind the counter were so friendly you can tell the chef takes pride in his food, as he should because it was so tasty! If we lived out here, we would easily become regulars!

When they brought the food out we all went “WOW!” The Lamb Adana bowls are phenomenally delicious. The pickled cabbage is tasty. Nestled is the heart of Salem the gem of a restaurant really delivers the flavor. I highly recommend this establishment.

The new owners here came out and said hello when I made a pickup order. Seems like a nice, hard working guy. Looks like they are updating the inside too so hopefully I’ll be able to check that out soon. Food was great, I really like the mix grill, falafel, and of course the delicious, buttery rice. Reasonably priced option in Salem, great for a quick lunch or dinner!

Food: Tastes absolutely amazing! I ordered Mixed Grill Platter with a choice of 2 proteins (Steak tips & Beef Kebab). Meat tastes incredible. Juicy and brought tears to my eyes (with joy of course!)
Dining: No Dine-in when temporarily. Only pick up (We ate in the car). There were some chairs outside, not sure if we could eat there. So if you’re planning on coming, plan for takeout.
Wait time: Took 15 minutes but I rather eat my food hot than cold. While you wait for the food check out the cemetery.
Parking: Be mindful of the parking. Do not turn in the street. There is parking ️ lot on the main road (less than a min walk). There’s coin meters in the parking lot (convenient). There’s parking on the street as well.
Fun Fact: It is right next to the very first cemetery in Salem (The Burying Point)
Overall highly recommended if you’re looking for Mediterranean Food (Turkish food to be exact). Amazing flavors, great street vibe.
