Mediocre food at mid to high price, and also, what on earth is this mushed up crunch cake. And i wish i had taken a ohoto, but the pizza had melted on to the top of the box as well. I had placed the lava cakes in the freezer to firm up, hadnt even thought to check, oull them out the next day and they are all mashed. And dont say it was delivery, you guys are right down the road, aint no sharp turns or nothin. Sad

This is not the first time I have had a wrong order from this dominos but this is ridiculous can’t even cut a pizza in triangles. The first time I ordered from here they got my order wrong and then took another hour to make it right. But this is stupid

Ordered my pizza on New York crust, light sauce and well done. Was right before closing and so maybe they were upset about it but I did pick it up before they closed but it’s almost like they were teaching me a lesson because there was more than normal amounts of sauce and it was undercooked, the little bit of cheese was not even melted on the hand tossed crust, I had to bake it more at home and add cheese. When I called the next day the rude girl I talked to was very short with me and said I didn’t order it well done tho it said on receipt well done light s as ice, after a brief hold she returned and said they would mail me a fifty certificate…I asked if I could just have it replaced today and she said they do not do things like that and I’d have it in 1-2 weeks. Terrible service very disappointed.

Who could ever go wrong with dominos there food is a little high but sometimes you get a deal either way I love It!!! Could do better service like replace the many pizza and etc I got wrong but I live over a 20 miles which feels like a million miles and it’s not that each time they give me a wrong pizza or mess it up they want me to waste gas to go get the right one… It’s ridiculous DO BETTER!!!

The order placed online was sent to the wrong location from the one that was selected. It took about 45 minutes to get to the correct location all the way across town we called on the way to let them know and they said they would make us new pizzas. Then when we got there, the pizzas were cold. But they told us that they had just come out of the oven. Not to mention that they didn’t have the receipt when we got there and weren’t sure what the order was so they opened all the boxes and we’re very confused about the whole thing. Terrible customer service and no accountability. They didn’t know what they were doing. They also charged us full price for 3 1 topping medium pizzas, which should have been $6.99 each. They said that they would refund the card, which of course nothing has been done four days later. Terrible.

I Can not believer i just watched the guy making my pizza make my pizza and handle my pizza NO GLOVES ON AND TOUCHING EVERYRHING IN SIGHT THEN MY PIZZA AGAIN!!!!!! Food is fine, but more than once when I order a drink with my delivery, the drink is forgotten and it is impossible to get through the customer service labyrinth to get this simple mistake corrected. I’m tired of having a side of frustration with every pizza!

Just had Domino’s the other night, and it was pretty damn good! Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese, and it came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside but still soft inside—just how I like it. I also grabbed some garlic bread twists, and they were buttery and packed with flavor.
Delivery was quicker than expected, which was a nice surprise. The driver was friendly, and the order was spot-on. Only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars is that the marinara sauce for the bread twists was a little too cold. But overall, solid experience. I’ll definitely be hitting them up again next time I’m craving pizza!
