A number of years back I wrote a paean touting the superior pizzas served by my local Little Caesars. Well I have a different local Little Caesars now, but I swear their pepperoni pizzas are still the best available. Not Papa John’s, not Dominoes, not Pizza Hut. Little Caesars. Plenty of pepperoni, plenty of the right kind of cheese, the best pizza dough in the business, and by far the best prices.

The male cashier with the decaying teeth has an unbelievably horrible attitude and tried to initiate a problem with my husband and I all because we asked him if he had plate to which he responded “go buy some plates” as we were walking out just to be rude. When asked what his name was to make a formal complaint he said “what do you want you can’t have my name” in a very harsh tone then called a woman over and they threatened to call the police all because we asked for this information. This is disgusting, if he doesn’t want to work and just wants to fight with people maybe he should quit. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. We also waited for 10 minutes for anyone to even take our order because he wanted to stay outside not doing his job. The employees just want to talk and play and start problems for absolutely no reason.

We really wanted Little Caesars and could not have been more disappointed. I know the whole saying “you get what you pay for” but if I’m paying $15 for the deep dishes, I expect them to at least be cooked thoroughly. The pizza was actually cold when it was delivered (delivery took less than half an hour so time was not why), and then we found out it was because it was still raw. The cheese was barely melted onto it, and the dough was still just dough. On top of that the pizzas were crushed by the sides of the lids.
When we called to tell them and ask what to do about it, the person who answered yelled in my ear instead of putting me on hold for a manager, and then the manager yelled back and was extremely rude on the phone with me. I wouldn’t have cared too much about having to put it in the oven for a bit except I have a 3 year old who doesn’t understand yet that it wasn’t ready. Thankfully, Doordash was very helpful and kind the entire phone call. We will not order from this location again.

When you order cheese bread, they make you pay $2 and some change for a small cup of marinara sauce that should already come with it. And the cup is only filled up halfway. They can’t be that broke.

Haven’t had little Caesars in a while. Gotten 2 large for $4.99 each special and the 3 meat deep dish. Not as good as I remembered. Something just wasn’t right. The deep dish seemed dry like it didn’t have enough sauce or the crust wasn’t right.

My husband ordered and picked up two cheese pizzas and some crazy bread this evening and the amount of disappointment I felt when I opened the box ♀️ It looked old, overcooked, and left out for quite a while. The pizza was, gummy. I was expecting fresh pizza! Not what we received. We live 8 minutes from the location, so the pizza didn’t turn this way from the drive. I took one bite and threw it out. My husband and kids were quite hungry so they ate it. I couldn’t. We’ve eaten here before and the pizza was made with care, so I absolutely expected the same quality. This experience has turned me off.

Got a pizza here and it was REALLY fast so I was impressed but turns out they gave me a pretty old pizza. I ate it cause I’m on break from work but pretty disappointed. Not to mention the slices aren’t actually cut well ? Each pizza I tried to pull completely ripped the next pizza. Unfortunate that I chose this for my 20 minute break. Nice staff tho !
