I love green and tonic, but this location is horrendous. The staff is not knowledgeable and slow. I’ve been to this location 3 times and have had something wrong with my order on each occasion in addition to slow service. The cos cob and old Greenwich locations are great, and somehow this one feels a world away. Very disappointing.

It was really good but they yelled at my friend for asking for something else when the Nutella was hard and tasted more like nuts then chocolate but the smoothie was really good besides how there was mango on the outside of the cup and my sister said the ice tea was really really bitter she can’t even swallow it!!!! So this place was okay and just a quiston the nap and said good for the environment on them but then why are the straws plastic but it was still a good place.

I’m so happy Green & Tonic finally opened in Glenville. I’ve always been a fan but the other locations are a little far. All the staff is helpful, knowledgeable & kind. I go a few times a week and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend this location.
