**Editing to say it’s now been 2 weeks with no reply at all from Corporate or the Local Store**
Let’s preface this by saying I love domino’s pizza and the Lenoir Store on Wilkesboro Blvd is amazing, I’ve never had any problems there. However, this Dominos in Lenoir NC off the Connelly Springs Rd. is a JOKE! I’ve even emailed dominos online about the issue I had with my $67.00 Order, and I got a Case ID number which is 8063573. This was well over 6 days ago. I haven’t gotten one single reply from Dominos, and this makes me feel like Dominos in general doesn’t care about their customers. I’m attaching photos of what my pizza looked like when I received it. You could tell someone had dropped my pizzas on the way to my house. I don’t know if it was at the store or the delivery driver, which I did tip. One of the pizza boxes even had a crease in it like the whole box bent in half at one point. When I spend that much money on pizza and then also give a decent tip to have it delivered, I expect the Quality service they guarantee. This is too much money to make some of my family members have to eat topping-less pizza. Half of the pizzas had all the toppings on one side and the other half had nothing but sauce. We are beyond upset. Dominos has gotten a LOT of our money in the past. To think they don’t care about their customers is sad.

First let me say we do carryout From this Domino’s, frequently. Have had a few small mistakes before. Nothing to bother complaining about. But Saturday we ordered 2 lg pizzas. One with extra pepperoni on the whole thing, plus other toppings on either side. We got No pepperoni on it. The other one was supposed to have extra sausage on the whole thing, plus other toppings on either side. We got sausage on half the pizza. Unfortunately we never opened the pizzas till we got to the local race track, for Saturday night racing. I just got off the phone with the manager named Travis. He said there was nothing they could do now. That I should have called Saturday night. I explained again that we picked the pizza up on our way to an event and didn’t get home till midnight. Still nothing they could do. In my 63 years I’ve never come across a company with a short time limit on calling about a poor order. I would really like an explanation for this policy from the owner.

This is a pic of my remake on my order, the 1st pizza had hair cooked in to it. When i took first bite i pulled a banana pepper up thru my throat by hair it was cooked into. When i took it back inside the worker was rude and barely put any toppings on it and hardly any cheese, now the 1st pizza looked so good that i sat in parking lot to eat a piece, would have been great minus the hair. This is the first time this has ever happen to me, and we order a lot of domino’s well did til this incident. What was even worse than swallowing a mouth full of strangers hair was the attitude of the worker even after she clearly saw the hair cooked in the pizza. After 2nd pizza was done she didnt even tell me until i ask about it. And come on Dominos make these workers wear hair nets the hats just dont cut especially when these workers has hair hanging down around the hat either that or tell them to have better customer skills. This was really a disgusting incident.

Just left Dominos and was not really happy with the customer service. Ordered pizza online not the app. Did pick up because delivery is kinda spotty which I understand at the moment. Pull up to curbside waited for a few minutes. No one acknowledged that I was sitting right outside the door. Called the store and told them I was outside. The woman told me I had to come in to pay. I am disabled and asked if someone could help me. She asked if I had a card to pay with. I thought that was a strange question to ask. I was not wanting the pizza for free. Went inside and sassed about the curbside. I was told curbside is from 4-9. I said they should have the hours posted. Rudely she told me it’s right in the window. This is not a good picture because of the lighting but maybe my glasses were dirty or something because I can’t see the hours posted from where I was parked. Maybe they just don’t want the business. That’s my side and I know there are 2 sides to every story. For the record I would not have cussed at f the woman didn’t rudely say the hours were posted and ask if I had a card to pay with. Maybe you should look in to the store and see what the customer is talking about before you are rude to them.

Manager wanted to argue about putting cinnamon on my cinnamon bites and it clearly has zero on them. And she said she made them so she knows they have cinnamon on them, also this isnt the first order messed up. I order a Buffalo chicken pizza and only came with the chicken and never gotten a replacement message either. This is nonsense especially how I been going threw them for 14 years… but showing proof that when the manager wanted to argue with me that cinnamon bites had cinnamon because she made them well here is a clear picture she didn’t really put it on them.. I’d love to have a replacement to fix this review because 4 mess up in 14 years is veryyy rare and for my messed up buffalo chicken pizza that I never got replaced for it either.

The pizza here is always really good, but the only negative thing is that sometimes, they put to little toppings on it, which is a disappointment. Right now, they are having a deal that is 2 medium 2 toppings pizzas for $5.99 each, which is a great deal. So if you are planning on getting 2 pizzas, I would recommend getting that deal, just be aware that you might not get much toppings on it. The pizza is always really good though.
