The sandwich was cold, the “snacking” bacon was just literal crumbles and only amounted to about a quarter of the bag they are served in, and my drink was forgotten about while 7 other people got their drinks before me despite ordering after me. Even the other guests were complaining about this being a regular occurrence. If I wasn’t already running late for work I would have come back in and given them a piece of my mind. The service, atmosphere, and food was absolutely atrocious. I will never be coming back here again. Clearly the people working here hate their jobs.

It was a horrible experience. Went in to get donuts after a church service to hear employees arguing in the back. I waited to pick out my donuts. The lady was extremely rude and confrontational. Absolutely horrific experience & definitely not a good representation for Dunkin Donuts.

I like the people that is working in the morning but one lady that is working in the afternoon I do not like it she is ruthless with me she makes me wait to take my order so she can make the coffee for the other people behind me so I need to wait for mine more time she did it already 2 times this week and always is in the phone talking that sometimes I think she is talking with me but not and another days she goes and talk with friends that they come and see them instead of being working. I already told the manager I hope she does something about it.

The sandwich area guy not sure name tall always wears durag on head he is very rude and nasty to all female customers, he shoved my wife while passing by and continued to cuss at her and tell us all kind of vulgar language. Also everytime we pull in parking lot he is outfront the building smoking weed leaves the tobacco all over the parking lot and barley inside helping because he to busy getting high he is super unprofessional and he shouldnt be the face of your company!!! I will continue to reach which ever higher up will listen and get him out of there! BTW this is his license plate # black chevy tahoe , also the manager sat right there while all this happened watched him do it and get in our face also told me to come out the door so he can beat me up ! Something needs to be this is not the first time ive had issues with this employee , also other people have aswell but are to scared to speak up because he threatens them!!

Well, I came into the store early Sunday morning to get some donuts some hashbrowns and some snack and bacon. The girl was cleaning the donut case didn’t even acknowledge me for a few minutes when she did turn around it was like I was bothering her. I ordered my donuts. She did exactly what I told her not to. I said I want two of every iced donut you have. She gave me everything but I had to tell her again. Oh she said, went over to pick up my hashbrowns and my snack and bacon and the woman doing that was absolutely no personality. Acted like she just woke up and that I was very inconveniencing her to even have an order that she had to make. I asked her if she could warm my snack and bacon, which I always get done at all the other Dunkin’ Donuts and she said no I said what I said I always get my bacon warmed Put smoke all over my store and you cannot have it warmed. I’m sorry that I came into your establishment where you work in customer service I suggest you find another job. Life is not that bad.

I’m leaving this review because I didn’t get a receipt and it needs to be known that this was terrible, I ordered the easiest thing on the menu snackin bacon and it is burned! I knew something was wrong because when I opened the bag the little bags that they put the bacon in were upside down! I should have gotten a receipt so I could have called Corprate!!! Will not return

Employees don’t wear masks or only half way up and no gloves. Drive thru was unfriendly and took forever to take down 2 items. Seen at least 5-6 people leave the line because the staff was talking instead of working. Also this is apparently you’re new latte. Wonderful……
