The food was delicious! I had the Reuben sandwich. It came with a generous portion of delicious fries and a dill pickle. It was stuffed high with lean corned beef, plenty of Swiss cheese, a perfect, light layer of handmade sauerkraut, and Russian dressing. I loved it!
Other adults in our party chose the bourbon marinated steak tips, Cobb salad, and chicken broccoli alfredo. The 2 children each had a children’s portion meal of chicken tenders.
The steak tips were very tender and flavorful. Tgey were served with a side sald, vegetable, and choice of potato.
The Cobb salad was large, loaded with tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, bacon bits, boiled egg, and Bleu cheese crumbles. (ordered without onions).
The chicken broccoli Alfredo was in a delightful, light, creamy Alfredo sauce that was perfectly flavored to complement the linguine, broccoli, and chicken to bring them to new heights of deliciousness.
The children’s chicken tenders meals were perfectly sized for under 10 with 2 large tenders, plenty of fries, and a large pickle. They came with a Dixie cup sized ice cream for dessert and a drink.
We began with an appetizer of fried calamari which was incredibly good and enough for 4 adults and 2 children to each have a small portion (3 – 5 pieces each). One person could make a pretty filling meal of it. The sweet chili sauce was wonderful! Lightly drizzled over them with a flavorful, but not too spicy, mildly sweet and delightfully tangy taste.
We met for at noon on a Saturday when it was not terribly busy. We did have reservations which I highly recommend as it is very popular. Because it wasn’t yet crowded, we took our time. We were able to linger at the table to enjoy a little time chatting, which would likely not be reasonable during busy hours.
We had planned to bring in a homemade birthday cake, but we’re told that it would be fine only if it came from a bakery and we had both a receipt and an ingredient list on the box because of state regulations. We hadn’t checked beforehand so that was on us.
There was plenty of parking but I can see that at very busy times it might be pretty tight.
There were guests eating outside as it was a high 40s day with plenty of sun and no wind.
All in all, it was a wonderful lunch and I highly recommend anyone eating there. Just be sure to get a reservation and if you want the prime rib which apparently sells out fast, reserve that too!

This was a great find! We are staying at a nearby campground and stopped in. We had a short wait for our party of six but that’s to be expected on a Saturday night if it’s a good restaurant. We were seated ahead of schedule and our server Carissa was AMAZING!!! She was knowledgeable about the menu and was happy to handle our special requests for substitutions, etc.. Our food arrived hot and tasty (salads were of course cold). All in all, we had a great experience and will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again!

I recently visited for the first time and opted for their “Drag It Through the Garden Benedict” for brunch. The dish was an absolute delight, featuring perfectly ripe avocado and home fries that paired beautifully with the traditional Benedict components. I decided to add mushrooms, which turned out to be a fantastic choice—their earthy flavor added a rich depth to the meal.
Each bite was a harmonious blend of fresh ingredients and appealing preparation. The avocado added a creamy, satisfying texture. Their homemade hollandaise sauce was velvety and light, complementing the dish without overpowering the other flavors. Also, enough to sweep the home fries through, because why not? The eggs were cooked to perfection, rounding out an already fantastic dish.
The presentation was inviting, and the portion size is filling for brunch. The service was attentive, quick and the outdoor dining atmosphere of the restaurant made for a relaxing and enjoyable meal for Sunday brunch. Indoor dining was much busier and still pleasant from my observation.
Along with the meal, I splurged on a Screwed Up Coffee featuring peanut butter whiskey (and other liquors) along with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Sweet without being overpowering for an adult brunch beverage.
A superb experience. I feel the price paired with the flavor and overall dining experience here to be appropriate.
I will definitely be returning to try more from their menu.
*Note: Fridays and Saturday’s they offer Prime Rib, limited availability. The manager recommends making reservations in advance to dine and if you know you’ll want the Prime Rib, you can reserve that as well to ensure you’ll have it for you dinner.

Finally had the chance to try Country Spirit Restaurant and we all had a lovely time. The Restaurant was cleaned and well staffed, though it was not too busy during our visit. They had a decent selection of food including appetizers. Their chicken nachos were a hit and with 6 people, we still had leftovers. I feel that all the food was really well done though. I was asked how I would like my burger prepared and I said medium but my burger came out hockey puck black and hard. Everything else was really good though. Country Spirit Restaurant also has a gift shop and some amazing looking apple desserts, though I did not purchase any of them.

Got the chicken broccoli alfredo. The menu states penne pasta, I definitely got some sort of spaghetti. The broccoli is hard/ raw. The chicken was alright but the sauce is very plain. Like it’s basically just butter and cream. Not very cheesy, or seasoned. All around very flavorless. The salad was delicious. I got the Italian dressing and the woman who took my order told me they make the dressings in house. The garlic bread that came with my Alfredo was alright. I liked the bread, again not very garlicky. Just like of toasted with butter. It was like the garlic wanted to be there though. My brother got the bbq chicken appetizer and he said the sauce was extremely thick and not good. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of his. He got the plain chicken plate, said that was much better and the fries were pretty good. All around the chicken wasn’t “trimmed very well”.

Spent over one hundred dollars here, We live twenty minutes away so it was kind of a drive, An upon getting home we realize there was no tartar sauce in the fish that we ordered. Because you have to ask For it Even though it does not specify on the menu anywhere. Make sure you ask for tartar sauce.

We were a group of six and we got a table just after a short wait. We ordered an assortment of drinks, appetizers and entrées, along with dessert to share.
Overall, the food was very good and the portions were very filling. They have a good selection of pub fare and restaurant food.
The staff was very friendly and diligent.

Both meals were great. Sausage gravy was meaty and the veggie Benedict was delicious. Their breakfast sausage links are possibly the best I’ve ever had, so make sure to get them if your meal doesn’t include them. Atmosphere is warm and their smaller two-top booths are spacious and comfortable. Service was great and food came out quickly considering the place was full. Brunch bring served until 1pm leads to overlap with the lunch menu, so you can use that to your benefit.

We ordered the 16 Oz Ribeye, my wife’s was thick and juicy, mine was thin and not all that flavorful. The starches were cool, rice and baked potato. We were overcharged for drinks that were never served and asked for coffee with dessert, something we enjoy. To be fair after asking to speak with a manager, they revised the drink bill and comped the desserts, we were disappointed as they had no prime run and disappointed with the meal and service, sigh
