Like all small restaurants, food service establishments, etc., they have their good and bad days here. However, almost every time I have been in to order the employees have been prompt and friendly with me. The food is Subway, the atmosphere is Subway, but I find the service to my liking and that goes a long way in my book. I might be biased because I have worked in food service for something like 2 decades now… there’s mostly good days, and then there’s the days from the very inner circle of Hell (or what I imagine the fiends from there grow fat and powerful off of anyway).

Heading out of Green Bay towards the Shawano I wanted to stop at Subway in GB because the Subway in Bonduel has done us wrong once before. This time makes twice. We were told the toaster wasn’t on and it would be a 15 minute wait if we wanted anything toasted. Ordered 2 subs, a bacon, egg, and cheese and a Philly. When making the breakfast sub we were told they were out of bacon. At 10:00 in the morning? And we had to toast it went we got to our destination. Our server offered to substitute ham…..okay I guess. The Philly went okay until we went to eat it. About 2/3’s of the bun had meat on it. Like a little bun with nothing on it? Not me! I don’t think I can blame the server. The young man tried and was apologetic. A good place for Hells Kitchen to visit. I did the server a tip but I’ll stop at Kwik Trip a half mile down the road

The older gal behind the counter was very rude. A scowl on her face the whole time. I asked the difference between 2 sandwiches & she was very short & unsmiling the whole time. The young gals were very nice & accommodating when the sides were left off the kids meal. Sandwiches were fine.

Very poor employees – can’t say poor service since I never got served!!! Stopped there on way home from work 10/19/21, waited a good 15 minutes and no employees came to take my order. Walked out and saw both employees by their car in parking lot. Yelled to them that they just lost at least a $20 order, they just shrugged and didn’t say anything. When I drove around gas station one stayed by door and rudely waved as I drove out. I could have easily stopped and got my subs from Shawano, but wanted to try to help local Bonduel business out – now I’m questioning why. Employees like those two don’t deserve their job if they are not going to do the work. Shawano will likely get my business from now on.

The girl behind the counter was extremely rude… i ordered a custom pizza that had sauce on it before i even made my order she did not greet me nor did she even smile she started slamming the bread cabinet doors and cooler doors…. she preceeded to make my pizza failing to leave the waxpaper under the pizza when she put it in the toaster over, causing the sauces to drip onto the bottom of the oven after throwing the pizza cutter and knives around and leaving the oven door open a small flame aroused in the oven she then preceeded to throw an empty cup at it and looked at me stating this is why we dont put sauces on pizzas, not once did she say anything about not recommending this while she was making the pizza. Her mistake was not the sauces her mistake was not leaving the paper under the pizza…. after exclaming shes done while the flame is still in the over she checked me out and walked to the back doing NOTHING about the flame….. i will NEVER GO BACK WHILE DAISY IS WORKING!!!!!

Subway in Bonduel is one of my favorite places to go! It has good service! People love to go here, and everytime I stop here I get a very good sub. The only flaws are that they don’t cut all the way through, but that is not a problem. Then when there is a lot of people the service takes a little longer.

Occasionally bread is a bit stale when business is slow, but overall, usually a great little place that does justice to the Subway name. Little being the key word, don’t bring more than 4-6 people if you plan to eat in.

The worker said they were out of the pizzas but didn’t check the front fridge just the deep freezer. Also hadn’t restocked the chips in awhile up front.
