My boyfriend and I made the drive from St. Pete to try this place we are so happy we did, it was absolutely worth it! We’re constantly trying Asian food in the area and this quickly became a favorite for an authentic meal. We started with the miso soup and edamame, for our mains we had the creamy udon noodles, sweetheart roll, sweet potato tempura roll, fried rice, and then the red bean mochi for dessert. We also had their fruit teas, and every single thing we tried was incredible and so fresh. The owners are the sweetest people and we felt so taken care of. We’ll 100% be coming back!

Loved this place! We tried their sashimi and nigiri, tonkatsu ramen, crab rangoon, and a couple flavors of their boba tea. All were delicious, and my girls especially loved the boba – they keep asking to go back! Glad to have a great Japanese place with fresh sushi nearby.

We had the pleasure of coming to Fortune Kitchen’s soft opening, and what a cozy and delightful spot it is. Everything is absolutely delicious, and the staff is so sweet. We had their egg drop soup, edamame, fried rice with beef, strawberry and passion fruit teas, and beignets. Out of everything, I must say those yuzu beignets are a must-order! We will definitely be regulars from now on.

My friends and I had been waiting eagerly for this place to open, and after dining there for the soft opening, I can honestly and confidently say, that this is simply the GREATEST meal I have ever had in Tampa from start to finish. I have been living in Florida since 2019, and have dined at over 200 Tampa restaurants.
Pictured are the dishes we got. Every single dish was a highlight, and this is not an exaggeration.
For starters, we go Hot & Sour Soup, Chicken Gyoza, Chicken Karaage and… SUSHI PIZZA! These were all absolutely delicious. The pizza had a scallion pancake base. I could eat it every day of my existence. The chicken Karaage had a light but very flavorful coating, and was very crispy. If you like mushrooms, the Hot & Sour Soup is for you. I finished the whole bowl in 30 seconds. Very warm and comforting. Gyoza can be found anywhere, but these particular Gyoza’s were just… way better than anywhere I’ve ever tried.
For our mains, we got a bunch of flavor bombs.
YAKITORI SKEWERS – Chicken & Scallion – YUMMY!!! Delicious chicken on a skewer, tender, sticky, sweet, charred and smokey.
The other skewer was the Chicken Meatball. This was hands down the best meatball I ate in my life. It was so good, that we immediately ordered 4 more meatball skewers.
We got the Golden Mango Crab Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll which came beautifully presented on a sushi boat! They both tasted so fresh, savory and delicious. We then got the Creamy Sesame Udon, and it was spicy but not too much, and absolutely lovely. We also got these scallion hand pulled noodles that I will probably order every single time I go back.
My favorite dish of the evening (this was a difficult thing to pick) was the Cumin Beef Flaming Hot Plate. The garlic, the peppers, the onions with the tender sizzling beef. I don’t know how to explain it other than it is so incredibly flavorful, that if you are reading this, you just please need to go there and try it. You will not be dissapointed.
For dessert, we got the Yuzu Beignets and this Matcha ice cream and red bean paste filled Taiyaki which is shaped like a fish. They were both incredible and so unique. My group of 5 were just smiling the whole meal.
One more thing I’d like to note is the incredibly economical and fair pricing of the dishes, compared to most places these days. Anyone can eat here. They also have a wonderful lunch menu that we glanced at.
I cannot wait to go here again. The folks who run this restaurant know the secret to running restaurants with INCREDIBLE food.
Please do yourself a favor and go here when you can.

Well I think I found my new favorite sushi spot!!! My family and I stopped in today for the first time and the food, service was so wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and kind and really made my family feel welcome!!!

New place so I did not expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, staff was friendly, and everything was very clean. I ordered the tempura sweet potato sushi roll to go and it was delicious. The sweet potato was soft and warm inside with a light crisp on the outside, and the rice was fresh and well seasoned.

Great new sushi spot! Everything I’ve tried so far has been very fresh and really flavorful. The rolls are made well and taste amazing. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and nicely set up. Definitely worth stopping by if you like good sushi. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Went in on a Friday at 7pm. They have a screen for you to place your to go order, very easy and quick to navigate through, placed my order for a tonkotsu ramen by 7:08pm and waited 40min for them to give me the food, the wait was excessive in my opinion- a waiter would tell me the order is almost out, but still kept waiting. Overall when I got home to eat the ramen, the broth was flavorful and delicious, but maybe eating in at the restaurant I would’ve felt a better experience.
