I want to take my time writing this review to let the emotions sink in the best way i know how to describe them.

Upon entering, you are greeted with a calm, loving greeting that feels like you are truly appreciated supporting their business. This is extremely important in the USA. After that, you are asked if you have been there before, and if not, they explain the process to you meticulously and at a perfect pace. There is no feel of a rush. The feeling I get is they truly want you to enjoy their food and they want to make sure it is right.
The food is expertly cooked with a smile and warm hello from the cooks. While your food is being prepared, the gentleman makes sure your food utensils and preferences are met before your meal makes it out.

Every time i go here, its magical. I feel relaxed and so happy to support this business. A business that loves their customers is hard to find nowadays. Working in the airport is stressful, and this is my grounding point that makes that work stress just another day with a smile on my face. Thank you Su’s!!!

Nice place. You build your dish with a nice selection of meats and vegetables and then they cook it for you. A bit expensive .

Wow, this is a really great place, I’m glad we were recommended to go here!

The staff to start is great. I’m guessing from the other reviews that we met the owner at the cash register at the front, who guided us through our options and his recommendations on our first visit. There are several different meat options, tofu, shrimp, pineapple and pineapple juice, lots of vegetables to add in, rice, and the sauce station has different combination recommendations. Changing these sauces at the end comes out with vastly different tastes (they mean it when they say salty) for our three bowls.

Ended with soft serve as well.

Would definitely recommend and will visit again!

This place is solid. It checks all the boxes for a typical Mongolian BBQ: great selection of options, presented fresh and clean and in a no frills setting. The staff are very attentive so if you’ve never done Mongolian bbq and/or are intimidated by it, this is a great place to go and have a great meal. This is a great experience!

I was really excited to try this place after seeing it on social media and reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite meet expectations. Upon arriving, we felt uncomfortable with how our family was treated for having younger kids. What seemed to be the manager came over to explain how the restaurant works, and when one of our children expressed excitement, the owner told them to be quiet, mentioning that it wasn’t the kind of place for noise. While I understand that some restaurants prefer a calmer atmosphere, it felt unnecessary given our child’s brief excitement.

Throughout the meal, the manager also seemed quite pushy and watched us closely as we served our food, which made the experience feel tense rather than welcoming. For an all-you-can-eat restaurant, it was also surprising to see extra charges for items like shrimp and other add-ons that are typically included at other Mongolian grill spots. The restaurant itself felt a bit dim and dated, which added to the overall underwhelming impression.

The one positive was a kind server who checked on us a few times, which we truly appreciated. Overall, I wouldn’t consider this a family-friendly place unless your kids are older. Sadly, we didn’t have the experience we hoped for and likely won’t be returning.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 30 years, and it has never disappointed. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service is always friendly and attentive, and the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome every time you walk in. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which adds to the overall pleasant experience. It’s a place I trust and return to again and again, whether for a quick meal or a special gathering. Highly
recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

This is the cleanest, freshest and most helpful place! I would recommend checking it out, you will not be disappointed. You can even get a to go box for $1. Don’t forget the free rice and free soft serve ice cream with Carmel or chocolate sauce. They will help you create the perfect sauce mixture, if you want.
Come check it out and bring your appetite with that good attitude

This place has been on our radar for a while and we finally made it in on a Sunday right when they opened at 4 PM. We were literally the first ones through the door and right away, we knew we were in good hands.

The first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the place was. The second was Paul. I believe he’s the manager and honestly, he made the whole experience memorable. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us like we were regulars and not first-timers. Even though we’ve done Mongolian BBQ before, he still walked us through everything with genuine energy. You can tell he truly cares that every customer has a great meal.

It’s rare these days to find someone who takes that kind of pride in their role. Paul clearly loves what he does and it shows in every interaction.

As for the food, it’s exactly what you want from a Mongolian BBQ spot. Fresh, crisp vegetables, quality meats, and a setup where you build your own bowl exactly how you like it. What stood out right away was how clean the food bar was. Everything looked fresh and well-maintained.

The sauce station is tucked along the back wall, and again, Paul was right there to offer some pro tips. He explained that the sauces are a little lighter in consistency, and that’s intentional. It gives you the flexibility to load up on flavor while still allowing the heat to steam the meat and crisp the vegetables properly. And yes, it definitely worked. The bowl came out perfect.

The cooks were fast, friendly, and focused. No long waits. They’ve clearly got the process down. After your food is cooked, there’s a small station with extra toppings like sesame seeds and additional sauces. Soy sauce is already waiting at your table, which was a nice touch.

We went for a second round, and once again Paul came by to check in and encourage us to change up our mix a bit. That little suggestion made the second round even better than the first. We also grabbed a few egg rolls. They were hot, golden, and full of flavor. Definitely worth adding on.

To finish, we had to try the soft serve. Let me just say, this was not your typical filler ice cream. It was creamy, smooth, and actually tasted like real vanilla. You could tell it wasn’t the cheap kind that comes out of a giant bulk machine. It was the perfect way to end the meal.

For a restaurant that’s been around over 40 years, it’s incredible how fresh and well-run everything still feels. Between the food quality, the clean environment, and the genuine hospitality, we left full and happy.

We’ll definitely be back. If you’re reading this, don’t think twice because Su’s Mongolian Barbeque is really a gem that actually lives up to the hype! Now Go!!!

Wish I had come here sooner! Now I’ve been twice in two weeks, right before I move out of state. Build your own bowl and watch them cook it. Excellent quality- the co-owner Paul was telling us the beef is currently sourced halal quality from Nebraska. They get it fresh, freeze it and shave it themselves. They shape and stretch the noodles for a delectable texture. The veggies are delivered daily. They have soft serve ice cream. Paul was so helpful explaining how everything works and giving advice on sauce combos. Don’t make my mistake and wait until it’s too late!

Tofu, water chestnuts, diced canned pineapple, beef, lamb, chicken, pork, shrimp, onion, green onion, carrot, mushroom, cabbage, broccoli, and so many more great ingredients
