What a wonderful lunch destination. I sat at the bar, which boasted a refrigerated strip on which to place your beverage. So cool (pun intended). The server was efficient and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant. There were several TVs mounted up on the interior wall, but the volumes were low and not annoying, as can be the case.
There is a great variety of drinks to choose from, too. If I am in the area again, this is the place I’d go to for a good filling meal, a smooth drink, and a nice hone town feel. Good job!

FOODIE
Nice little bar in a very old building (remodeled). Food was good, service was great. Large bar that has a “chilling tray” all the way around that actually keeps your beer/drinks cold…sooo brilliant

3 out of 4 meals were good. 1 was overcooked and advertised as a ribeye sandwich. Seemed more like processed meat, texture and flavor totally different from any ribeye I ever ate. Service was good but a little slow to get to us originally. They waited on 2 other tables that came in and sat down several minutes after we did. Took drink orders, served drinks and took food orders from both tables before even coming to our table for drink orders

Really strange experience tonight. We called in to order to go and the lady that answered the phone must be new or covering someone’s shift. We ordered a ‘corner favorite’ which on the menu is their Italian beef. She didn’t know what this item was.. after she asked someone else what the corner favorite is we were back to completing our order or so we thought. We were asked if we wanted lettuce and tomato on the sandwich which we opted for. We also asked for the giardiniera. We ordered pasta salad as the side.
Next up we ordered the plane Jane chicken sandwich. Another item while printed plane as day on the menu yet required another question to figure out what this item is. Onion rings for the side on this item.
We picked up our order and against our better judgement we didn’t check our food before leaving. The corner favorite Italian beef was completely void of anything we asked for. The side of pasta salad is served in a dipping sauce container barely 3 bites! The onion rings with our other entree had a ton of onion rings. Not sure if they were just running low on pasta salad or if this is normal but it’s pretty skimpy.
There were no real issues with the plane Jane sandwich but the lettuce that came on the sandwich was wilted and browning so we pulled it off.

Food was delicious! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. She had two toned hair. Super vibrant person and treated my large family table so great. The other waitress whom was working/helping her serve plates was extremely rude and felt she hated her job. Might have been having a bad day but it was so bad I complimented our waitress for being so wonderful. Would go back because of our waitress and food.
