Went to this location on 2/13/26 around 11 at night. When I ordered a Whooper, the male cashier joked about how they didn’t have any (while another stated that they did in the background). Did the same when I ordered another item. So, since he was being comedic, I assumed he would be in a jovial mood when I got to window. They never said anything, just reached for my card and handed it back. Handed my drink to me without even looking and rushed off (bare in mind, there was no one in the store and there was only one person behind me). The whole interaction was off putting. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t even say hi to a customer.
The other employee gave me my food and was nice. The second Service star was for her.

If you expect to wait for 10 or 11 minutes for 2 items when there’s no line, you found the place. I’ve came here multiple times when it looks slow to get a quick bite and every time I’m told to pull forward and wait. Last time I went I waited 12 minutes just for the employees to bring my order and nothing was right. I told them to keep it. I drove off, theres plenty of other Burger Kings this one is not the one.

The young lady in there working tonight’s mouth too darn smart has behavior needs training on hospitality and know customer is always right gave me a burger with nothing on it then when I came back around she gets an attitude not coming here to eat no more poor customer service and manager he standing there looking crazy saying nothing poor management and poor customer service got people waiting in line for long time just for to come thru drive thru from working hard get your food and its not right I should of had the attitude but she had the nerve to be after she was sitting outside on her break talking about she the only one working I guess the others just there smh Im gonna start eating at home the food not all that good its just closer to home guess I ride further or cook my own meals and I came here on this friday night between 8pm and 830pm

Got my order completely wrong. Had to ask for my fries, I should’ve had two orders of them, they only came back out with one, I gave up and left.
Update 3 months later: even worse service now. I have never been here and not been told to park and wait for 10 minutes for food. Also the lady working the window on 12/22 is very rude

Update: I placed an online order through Grubhub (not knowing they would send it here) for the new Train Your Dragon Meal. The bun was very dry. The sandwich had 5 slices of tomato which made the sandwich very wet and sloppy. The 3 mozzarella sticks were thin and the breading was soft – no crunch. The strawberry/lemon drink was okay (not something I would ever order separately). Overall this was a waste of my $$.

My worst experience at any BK ever. I placed an order though the BK app so it would be ready when I got there. I drove to the BK and pushed the IM HERE button on the app and drove around to the drive-thru ordering station (10:04pm). I sat here for over 5 minutes and was never acknowledged, the speaker never made a sound. I finally pulled around to the window and sat there for over 3 minutes while I watched the 2 girls inside standing at the far side of the front counter talking. Both were wearing headsets for the drive-thru. One finally came to the window and when I told her I had been sitting back there she said: “Oh, yeah’ that isn’t working.” No apology or anything. I then told here I was there to pick up an online order, she turned to the register and printed out a ticket, THEN they started preparing my order. I was already in their lot for 12 minutes at this point, my order had been in their system for almost 20 minutes, and they just started working on preparing it. Worst service ever! My recommendation is to avoid this BK at all costs. About 1/4 mile away you have Wendys, Taco Bell and Cookout which all offer better service then BK. Choose one of them if you are hungry.

Drive thru speaker doesn’t work because she couldn’t understand a word I was saying (not her fault). Ordered a ham, egg & cheese croissan’wich and she offered the 2 for $4 and I declined, but after seeing one is $3.59, I’m better off getting the second one for 40 more cents.. ugh. Also added 5pc French toast too because 3pc was like 50 cents less..
Last but not least, they no longer sell milk, and will CHARGE you 10 cents for ice water, even if youre a paying customer. Dumbest thing I ever heard.
