Bought Happy Meals for my girls, I asked for Jalapeño dip and we got Barbeque dip instead. Before we left I didn’t check properly cause the only thing I did check was the ketchup of which for some reason is never in the Happy Meals. My huge disappointment is the extra Danish treats they were offering at R30, which sounded fine. The Danish treats are very stale, burnt and can’t be served to kids or anyone.

This McDonald’s specifically can never get your order correct. They never fail to ruin the experience. It seems like they register your order requests as suggestions, even in person you’re always going to have to send something back to the kitchen because its not what you asked and paid for.

Great but with my meals the orange juice used is unlike the normal one this had an after taste as if it’s diluted type. We ordered regular and we received large and it’s always the case with them I suspect that it’s deliberate more especially during lunch time.

Make sure you check your meal before leaving to make sure its correct! Ordered my sons happy meals + extra nuggets, one of the happy meals only came with chips inside! So disappointing, very upset child. The lady at the drive thru window took the receipt, I have no recourse and not prepared to drive back for 4 nuggets! Very disappointing!

Went during lunch time, on a Friday, so it was really busy, but I commend the staff. Someone from the inside came to take orders to get the queue moving along, which really helped.

This is now my 3rd time paying for plain vanilla ice-cream with oreo dustings on the top, for R36. Please do better with the oreo mcflurry.

If a customer says NO ONIONS, it is for a reason. And the lady taking the order was cheeky in her response to me in saying, “veggie burger does not even have onions” @mcdonalds please, pray tell, how 3 people told me there were no onions, yet I found onions?!
