My first time there was earlier today, and I looked at the menu going in and saw what the pepperoni supreme was, pepperoni, basil, hot sauce and cheese if I remember right. I could tell their dough and sauce was house made just by the taste, the dough was nice and Crispy on the bottom with fluffy crust, and it was delicious. This is now the only place I’ll go to eat out at if it involves pizza, and I work at pizza hut as a shift manager lol. The owner (I’m assuming who that was) even came out and asked me how much hot sauce I would like on the pizza and I had him do what he thought was right. He was nearly spot on honestly I was shocked. The staff here was wonderful and the food was great, I can’t wait to go back!

The sampler was good. Onions rings cooked perfectly with a great tasting batter. Mushrooms were well cooked and the mozzerrella sticks were ooey gooey. The bread that came with service was soft and delicious. The pasta fagoli was not to my liking. It was a bit greasy and lacking in flavor. The tour of Italy lasagna was good. the chicken parm was well pounded and evenly cooked and sauced. The eggplant parm was a bit under for my taste. The red sauce on the ziti was flavorful. Overall a good experience. For the appetizer, a Calzone, and the tour of Italy plus two drinks we paid shy of $37 before tip. Service was good. Didn’t hover.

Sauce is delicious! Crust is perfect! Pretty hard to please this native New York girl with pizza but this place exceeded my expectations. I asked for light cheese on my pizza which I think is a good choice because then you can really taste that amazing sauce!

This was my second time coming to this restaurant. I wasnt really happy the with them them first time. However thought I’d try em again, after all things happen.
1st: the table was sticky. 2nd: the waitress 2nd time I’ve had this waitress.( skinny, dark hair, roughly 5’5″) I have to give a description due to no name tag and no introduction. She was pleasant speaking at the table. However another table that left as I was there, she complained somewhat under her breath( loud enough to be heard though) she did come to check a few times. Again however I counted at least 3 times she rounded the corner an saw that i was still at the table took a few steps only to turn right back around. Coming across that i was inconveniencing her, or wanting me to pay and leave.
3rd: at least two of the dishes brought to the table were still dirty. One of which looks like its needs to be thrown out anyways. The other still greasy with stuff on it, unfortunately I did not catch that until after I ate what was on it.( Ill try to attach photos. )
4th: the soap dispenser in the mens room looks to be broke, and for a little bit as the container was more than half used. The cover laying on the ground under it.

This is my favorite NY style pizza in Inverness FL! There is a new owner and the pizza was awesome! I do not order anything off their menu. The restaurant itself needs a make over.

Absolutely the best pizza and Italian dishes in Inverness. No other pizzeria can come close to the flavor and the quality of their pizzas. Hands-down the best pizzas we’ve had. The dough is hand tossed, soft and flavorful. Even the garlic is fresh minced. Phenomenon. We have eaten and carried out, both. We definitely are repeat customers.

Their sweet tea was good, not overly sweet. Had the stomboli and it was excellent. Plenty of cheese, the crust was nice and soft where it needed to be, and crispy on the bottom. Server was attentive and we felt welcomed.

The chicken Parmesan grinder great. Tender chicken, fresh sauce and a fresh homemade bread roll. But the best thing was the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. Heavenly.
