The sushi Chefs do a good job with what they have and the food is decent.
The upper corporate management sucks.
Poke bowls cost $10.99 and the cooks are told by management that they can only serve 6 Oz. of rice per bowl. My entire bowl, plastic included weighed about 13oz. After taxes that turns out to be about $1.00 per ounce. A ridiculous price for some undercooked rice and farm raised salmon with pink food dye. They skimped on every single ingredient. $10.99 should be a meal….not a snack.
I won’t be returning to this place again. 6 months ago, these poke bowls would be filled to the brim. Now they are only about half what they used to be for the same price.
I understand that Biden’s inflation is taking its toll on everyone, especially small businesses. Thats the price you pay when you vote for democrats. If you want to keep business going, I recommend raising the Poke bowl price to $12.99 to cover the cost of filling to the top again. Sorry, I still won’t be back but maybe you can still save yourselves.

The food is DELISH!!! ….I was skeptical about how it would be, but it is now my favorite sushi place, even better than Ik@$!
I normally order poke bowls, but have also tried some sushi roll variety packs and they are always fresh and delicous. (I tend to grab the pre packaged ones, but they do make them to order).
The value is great too. You get a lot for the money.
I would eat there literally EVERY day if I made just a little more money.
