Consistent yummy fast food. Today it was busy here which is rare. Power outages and this location was on. Service was average without emotion, not much personality. It’s the flavor of the basics like crunchy taco, bean and cheese burrito that keep me coming back. and I’ll be back…

I’m disappointed Taco Bell is moving to kiosk-only ordering inside. I prefer interacting with employees—it makes the experience more enjoyable. A kiosk can’t greet me, answer questions, or recommend items like a human can. Ordering from a screen feels impersonal and frustrating, especially when someone isn’t tech-savvy or the system is slow. I’ve stopped going to other restaurants because of this, and I’d hate to stop dining in at Taco Bell too. Please consider keeping staff available for in-person orders. Offering both kiosks and human interaction is the best of both worlds. Removing employees from the dining area takes away the welcoming, helpful experience that keeps people coming back. This change doesn’t feel like progress—it feels like losing what makes your brand feel personal. Please reconsider.

I wasn’t sure about posting this so you make your own judgment. For me I don’t want anyone to get in trouble or fired, I simply want them to understanding of how unhealthy and and unsafe this could be. I ordered a burrito and a drink But I decided not to eat it. There was visible blood So again you judge for yourself.

For it being fast food, it was pretty good. We ordered on the app and picked it up from the drive through. I recommend doing it this way because it gives you access to meals bot on the board such as a build your own combo box for $5.99.

No line at all. Waited to order. Thought was going to be helped as very sure was seen clearly as place was practically empty. But after few minutes realized NO help was coming . I believe if was of their race would not be ignored✌️✌️!
The workers just enjoyed talking and laughing among themselves. Seems they forget they are at work. Oh well, at least they are having fun .

I bought a taco lover’s pass from the taco bell app. I paid 10 dollars and I get one taco a day for 30 days! I think it’s pretty great but now I’m committed to having taco bell for the next 30 days. But still a great deal. Tasty too.

The place was recently remodeled. A long over due improvement. Seating and dinning area is clean and comfortable. Service is mediocre and unfortunately “the standard” when compared to other fast food franchises with exception to Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out in my experiences.

Food quality could be better. I ordered the beef burrito and was disappointed to find that it was mostly beans and “blended” ground beef. Overall, food was better in the past. Service was also better in the past as the customer service person greeted the customer with a smile and hello.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Only because they take forever and prioritize all paying customers both inside and drive-thru. They can care less about deliveries.

Staff weren’t interested in being helpful at all. There was loud questionable music playing as well- not typically the kind of music one would hear in the main dining area. It seemed that staff were acting as though there wasn’t any manager on duty, however if there was a manager on duty during our time there, they definitely failed. Though the food was good, the rest of the experience there was quite lacking. We definitely won’t be back.
