I stopped by this Chick‑fil‑A recently, and overall it was a really solid experience. The drive‑thru moved quickly, the staff was friendly (as usual), and my order came out hot and correct. You can tell they take pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly, even during the busier times of day.
The food tasted fresh—the chicken sandwich was crispy, the fries were hot, and everything had that consistent Chick‑fil‑A quality. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is because the line was a bit longer than expected, and the parking lot can get a little chaotic depending on the time of day.
Still, it’s one of the more reliable fast‑food spots around, and I’ll definitely be back when I’m craving something quick but good.

This Chick-fil-A is one of the more reliable spots in the area. The staff is consistently friendly and actually seems happy to help, which makes the experience better right away. Service is impressively fast, even during busy hours, and my order has always come out accurate and fresh.

Every time I come to this Chick-fil-A there’s a constant miss with our order. I came today and they overlooked the fact that I ordered the classic cup meal. I also chose the cup I wanted as that was give to me per the app….they gave me my meal with a regular cup and it typically wouldn’t be a big deal but I paid extra to get the cup. When I sent my son in to get the cup with the yellow chicks, as selected in the app, they handed my son a random cup. I’ll keep it but if it’s going to be random, then they shouldn’t allow the choice on the app.
I will say the last several times I have been to this Chick-fil-A it’s been around lunch time but a great man told me once, “You have to move slow to move fast.” When you are caught up in the lunch time hustle you miss the things that matter most, like accuracy of orders.

Expect long wait times and incorrect results on your order. We experienced in excess of 25 minutes for two number 1 combos…ya know the basic chicken sandwich and fries. Food arrived to our table cold, and not correct. Never received the ice cream cone I ordered. It probably arrived after we waited another 20 minutes. For one ice cream cone! Will never be back to this location. The bathrooms were also atrocious, and smelled like a landfill. Good luck if you visit and order here.

I went through the drive through told the guy no hard tenders. Drove off all my tenders are hard. Went inside told them my tenders was hard and if I can get a new one made. Waited and went to the restroom no tenders. Pull someone with a red shirt to the side told them the issue because the cashier never acknowledged I was still standing there. When I got my tenders it was hard I didn’t say anything because I had already wasted 20 minutes not even counting the drive through line. So I’m writing this google review because I will no longer give my funds to chic fil a. I am done with them. I have been experiencing this at a lot of the locations. The only time you get good tenders is at 1030am 11 am or maybe in the evening when people getting

Never been disappointed at any chick fil a. Staff at Azalea Square is always so pleasant and polite, and the food is always good. Plus they have never gotten our order wrong, even with delivery. Can’t say that about every other place who delivers to our house. And the most recent time I used mobile drive thru, I got a vanilla ice cream cone on the house. Who wouldn’t love that?

Horrible service. Drive-thru took 40 minutes. Obviously I was forced to wait, just to find my order delivered completely wrong and food cold. This is becoming a consistent issue here. I’m not sure what’s happened to this location, but the service has tanked. Get it together, please

Worst experience I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A ever. No sauces I asked for was given and I wasn’t given straws for my drinks. Waited 20 min for the worst service. I called immediately after my experience was told I would receive a reward for a free drink and meal of my choice which I have no received yet it’s been 5 days I was told it could take up to an hour. I’m very disappointed in my experience.

I came through the mobile order line and I wanted to switch my regular lemonade to a strawberry lemonade and my girl Evelyn got me right! At first she mentioned it was $.30 and realized I didn’t have my card on me and she did it for me anyway that’s a great service right there give that girl a raise!!!
