a waitress by the name Jadyn was on key point when it came to taking orders, very professional and amazing attitude, uniform was on point

I’ve never tried their rack of ribs… and dang I might say they were very delicious… although after ordering it without BBQ sauce they still served it like that. After pointing it out I didn’t ask for it… I think they just ran it thru water and put it back on the fire again to serve it back. The fries still had BBQ sauce that I didn’t bother with it cuz as it is I was thinking they might run it through water too. It came out good even though.

This Chili’s was amazing. Great customer service, our waitress was very attentive and nice, food came out quick and was delicious. There shark bite margaritas were so freaking good. I had 5 of them . Definitely will keep going back.

The bartender was nice but forgot to put in out order so waited a while but the other lady behind the bar with long straight black hair helped us out and gave us our chips and salsa to go right away with a big bag of chips, it was so sweet

Ordered takeout. I ordered buffalo chicken ranch sandwich. The texture of the chicken was disgusting. I spit out. The sandwich was put together sloppily with one chunk of lettuce and one tomato with the whole thing slid to one side while the other side of the sandwich was just bread. The Chili’s on Nolana is by far superior and worth the extra drive. This was my first experience with Chili’s in San Juan, and it the last as well.

It is understandable when it is busy, but need to work on giving customers more realistic wait times…told wait time would be 35 minutes when another party was still in front of us…doesn’t make sense

Newly opened in Alamo. Wife and I stopped in for a little balentimes lunch. No wait as we elected to sit on the bar side. Server arrived almost immediately to take the drink order. Luckily we knew what we wanted we so started giving her our entrees. She never left the table and was just about to finish up the order taking when our drinks appeared to teleport to our table. That was nice. We opted for the lunch combos so that allowed us to snack on our appetizers while we waited for our main course. Main course took a little longer than the drinks but the place was pretty packed when we got there so I kinda saw that one coming.inhad the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a chicken enchilada soup. Everything was hot and fresh. Great flavor no complaints. Wife had Honey chipotle chicken crispers with street corn. She said it very good. No complaints. Server was very attentive and very courteous. This was an excellent visit. One of the best visits I’ve ever had to a chili’s. It’s newly opened so I hope they keep it up. Definitely be back

Today, I went to try the New Chili’s in San Juan and it was amazing for the first time. Great food selection, amazing offers and deals the costumer service was very friendly, very fast service, and a lot of parking lot too. It is very small and loud especially in the bar section you would have to yell in order to talk.
I recommend the 3 for Me special I loved it especially if you have a small budget.
