I’ve always enjoyed a good cup of coffee, but Starbucks has completely lost touch with reality. Paying over $7 for a small coffee is beyond ridiculous and now they even prompt you to add a tip on top of that! The quality isn’t what it used to be, the size keeps shrinking, and it’s honestly not worth what they’re charging.
It’s disappointing to see a company that once stood for convenience and quality turn into a symbol of overpriced, overhyped coffee. There are so many local cafés and small businesses that serve real, freshly made coffee for a fair price and they actually appreciate their customers.
I’ll be supporting those places from now on. It’s time we stop normalizing outrageous prices for mediocre coffee.

I love this Starbucks location!! All the baristas and managers are super friendly and my food and drinks are always good quality! I actually go out of my way to go to this location because I like it more than the others on my route

I placed an order this morning on the app, and the drink was made incorrectly. My husband had picked it up ($30 worth of food and drinks) maybe 15 minutes after I place the order. I called to see if I can have mine remade because of their mistake, and drove up to get my replacement drink. I asked politely if they would replace my sandwich since it was super cold and hard now. The manager I believe her name is Patience was very rude to me in the window and accused me and my husband of picking up our order an hour late which was false. Then she wants to give me attitude about having to replace the sandwich saying that I did not mention it on the phone. I am appalled at the behavior I experienced at this Starbucks and will never return. I spend so so much money a week on Starbucks, So how dare you act like that over your guys’s mistake. Let alone I had to drive 15-20 minutes back to your location to have it remade. The audacity I should have got my money back and it remade if you ask me.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Usually fast, correct, and nice. The last several times I have been in it’s the opposite. The team is slow and clearly is not trained well, the manager is not kind and the drinks are often wrong. Wrong + Slow + Snarky = a bad review. This is not a one time experience. I am here on a Wednesday at 1:15 and there are 3 people waiting for drinks and they have been waiting longer than me. It’s not even busy now! No one in drive through!! Do better Starbucks!

Was told by my wife and MIL that one of the employees got rude with my MIL about them making her drink wrong. I brushed it off because everyone randomly has a bad day. Yesterday I go in with my wife and the cashier (Mel) had the most unwelcoming tone, I ask how her day is and she looks up makes eye contact with me then looks back at the register never responding. I guess this location really does have an attitude problem.

The manager here is dishonest and unprofessional. She even uses a different name after talking disrespectfully to customers. I witnessed a short angry chubby woman named Mel straight up lie to a customers face saying her name was Roberta so they wouldn’t have her real name. Maybe treat customers respectfully to begin with so you wouldn’t have to lie about your name.

Usually pretty good aside from the seemingly constant change of staff. Waves of quality workers is a better way to put it. Today was gross. My plastic cups were greasy and smelled like wet dog and salami. Couldn’t drink my drink.

Very rude female employee over 50 years old that works at Bardmoor location refused to give my child a cup of water since I did not make any purchase. I mentioned that I will come back after my son’s tutor to make a purchase but she did not care. Very disappointed in the way employee is treating their loyal customers.
