This coffee place has quickly become one of my favorite spots for a cozy caffeine-and-bite fix. The warm atmosphere hits you right away—think soft lighting, plenty of comfortable seating, and that welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger whether you’re working, catching up with friends, or just escaping the Pacific Northwest drizzle.

The **sandwiches** are absolutely stellar and worth the trip alone. They’re fresh and generously portioned. The bread is perfectly toasted, ingredients are high-quality, and everything feels thoughtfully put together. No skimping here—these are genuinely great sandwiches that stand out in a sea of average cafe fare.

The coffee menu is what really sets it apart, though. It’s unique and creative without being gimmicky—expertly crafted espresso drinks, inventive lattes and solid non-coffee options too. The baristas know their stuff, and the brews are consistently smooth, balanced, and never bitter. Pair that with pastries or one of those killer sandwiches, and you’ve got a perfect brunch or lunch ☕

We had a perfect Sunday brunch here. The sandwiches were mouth watering and very filling. They have halal meats as well which makes it tryly unique. Great serving size. And the coffee options are very unique and equally tasty. The atmosphere is very inviting and welcoming. Id highly recommend.

Downpour Coffee is the definition of a cozy hidden gem. The cinnamon cornett is like a cinnamon roll and a muffin combined — perfectly warmed and absolutely unreal
Their menu is creative and thoughtfully curated, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or settling in for a slow morning. The location is an added bonus — right next to the dog park with outdoor seating, creating an easygoing, dog-friendly environment ☕️
If you’re looking for great coffee, delicious pastries, and welcoming vibes, this is a must-check-out spot.

The owner is really nice and genuine and the staff is overall great. The matcha was amazing and the best I’ve ever had, I loved I could customize it and the grilled cheese has a great pull and taste.

Dropped in on a sunny day for a coffee and immediately loved the cozy vibe indoors. The Teddy Graham specialty latte stood out and was really nice, and the iced latte didn’t disappoint either.

Extremely disappointed in the quality of drinks here. The matcha latte was completely off putting, it had a weird light brown color and didn’t taste good (picture of the matcha latte attached) The coffee latte was bitter and they didn’t have theynormal milk alternatives that they had for years, their excuse was the delivery company had not come for while to deliver their products. Please do not sell low quality matcha, you should not sell them at all just to sell it.

I should have tried the drinks before I left the shop.

Trust the good reviews!, the owner of the shop is a very polite, well spoken and friendly person, had a great iced caramel macchiato, a real good bacon egg and cheese sandwich, as well as a cinnamon cornetto with frosting on top.

Checked this coffeehouse out. Early afternoon and it was slow. Plenty of seating at the window or table. A variety of drinks some custom to the business, others are what you find anywhere. Service is fast. You go through a door and into a hallway to access the restrooms. Quite warm inside and it was 76 degrees outside as I type this so I would recommend better AC. Also be careful of the Wifi since the password is a hackers dream. Use VPN if you can.

The Teddy Graham Latte was unique and amazing, loved the medium roast coffee from Cannon Beach, OR. I also tried their Berry Mascarpone Cream Pue which was tart and delicious and not too sweet. The Garlic Parmesan Chicken sandwich was perfectly seasoned, warm and was tasty.
