Ordered pizza online for delivery. Called in. And ask to have crushed red peppers, Parmesan cheese packets, napkins, and plates delivered with order, and they so they would. Didn’t receive and of the items. Then the bottom of the pizza crust was tough and flavorless, when usually it is crispy crunchy and buttery. Very unsatisfactory after spending $40 on two pizzas even after the Tuesday special.

I got pizza and wings and got ranch, I had 2 ranch one I ate with the pizza and the other one going to be for my leftovers for my lunch tomorrow. I am eating my lunch and when I look in the ranch it has green in the ranch I was like is it mold. When I call up the store they said it was seasoning. Still idc if it is seasoning or not it made me lose my appetite and It disgusted me will never eat here again.

This location gives Jet’s Pizza a bad name. I love Jets pizza but 9 out of 10 times my pizza here is a dried out over baked or sloppily made or lacking sauce or cheese. I have complained and sent pictures and they have agreed that they gave me a much below par pizza and offer me credit for next time, But really, is bad pizza ever a good value? If they could just make a decent pizza like every other Jet’s rather than turning out trash. When they get it right, it is good Jet’s pizza!

Omg hands down the best choice for Detroit Style pizza. If you are ever in Detroit then you must try it. I knew it was going to be good because every customer that came in to pick up, while we waited for our order, returned to their cars and ate at least 1 slice if piping hot pizza before driving off. And Im sure we counted at least 10 pickup orders within the 30 minutes it took for me us to order, wait, and try at least 1 or 2 slices at the cute counter facing the window, and wait for a Lyft to our hotel. If you are into architecture and landscaping then make it to Wayne University campus and take a stroll to work up an appetite. The prices were reasonable, the cookie was freshly baked, huge and delicious. The large pizza (8 corners) was enough to feed 3 and be pleasantly full. Not over stuffed and not still hungry. A must have anytime I return to visit.

Paid $33.13 for 2 small pizzas. One pizza is COMPLETELY BURNT. It’s not even edible. This was my 1st time ordering at this location. AVOID at all cost. Terrible experience.

We ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza & a bottle of ranch, picked up our order drove all the way back to our hotel to find this atrocity?!? My husband calls, apparently someone else ordered a BBQ chicken pizza w/ mild sauce instead of bbq… To each his own,I guess! Clearly we got their pizza and they ours. Even knowing how the mistake was made the only way to resolve the issue was for us to go back & swap this pizza for the right 1! Yes swap as if we were lying? There was NO offer of compensation such as simply delivering the RIGHT pizza to us. No it’s not terribly far (20 minutes round trip 2x) from where we were but it was a huge inconvenience! Would of gave them 1 star but our actual pizza tasted AMAZING!!!
