I do not feel that this place is in any shape and form wrong The pizza that they have made for me was delicious The sauce was delicious the toppings were good The options of the menu were also great The drinks were great too if anybody has any opinion of coming here come by also there’s a vegetarian option if anybody’s out there for that.

Usually fast and easy as the sign on the building would suggest. I ordered online a few days ago. Came in 20 minutes after my pickup time to find out that my order had not even been started . I would have much rather had a cold pizza and then a brand new 15-minute wait. Kind of the reason I ordered online ♂. First time and only issue so far out of the few times I have gone recently

Cold in Restaurant.
No unsweetened tea. Was told it was broken. They just didn’t brew any teas as the holder for the tea was out and full of dirty water
Asked for dressing on side of salad, it was put on top
Meat topping not spread out of pizza just dropped on.

I’ve frequented MOD pizza at the Annapolis location for years and love their pizza! It’s truly the best, but somehow a worker got mad at me because I asked her to change her gloves since I am gluten intolerant. This is something that all the other workers had done for me every time I got a pizza here in the past. She was so mad and upset, that she left and refused to serve me. The other workers stood around looking at me and it was so awkward. One girl stepped up to serve me. I never found out what happed to the one worker who was so offended. What happened MOD??

I’ve been here many times. This time they burned both of the pizzas for my kids. I tried to raise the issue but was told “ give it a try and we’ll remake it if we really need to.” This put me back into an uncomfortable spot where we had to force the kids to try it ( they wouldn’t eat it), and then complain again (I didn’t). The cost of a small cheese pizza is almost nothing. Next time remake the pizzas instead of choosing to lose a customer.

Excellent staff that was very courteous. The kitchen was very clean good covid-19 protocols. The youngest and the oldest member here both named John provided exceptional service and were very respectful. A very trans and LGBTQ friendly experience.

Unless you’re a Chicago pizza fan, this is one of the best pizzas in the U.S. If you think I’m exaggerating, it would be best for you to go to Italy.
Your pizza usually usually comes out of the oven quickly. Sometimes you have to wait longer than promised pickup times because a lot of customers walked in or orders came in online.
There are a few delicious alternatives in the Mid-Atlantic region but you have to pay 2-4 times as much.

MOD Pizza lets you go crazy with your pizza toppings. Build your own style of pizza for a reasonable taste. Ingredients are pretty fresh. I was happy with how everything turned out.

Vegan chese same price as regular! Unlimited toppings! The peach tea wasn’t great but they let get a different drink, and I wasn’t in love with the dipping sauces, glad they asked if we wanted them on the side. Nice service staff makes it worth five stars.
