I ordered from this location in 2024 and it was not a great taste or experience, I did not rate them at that time because I believe in second chances. Fast forward to present time 2026. I was extremely hungry and the pictures seemed to promise a tasty and tantilizing experience, please keep in mind that more then a year had past so I assumed or hoped that things had changed for the better, I ordered utilizing grubhub, the pizza I received was cut in 24 small pieces and when I say small I mean truly tiny, it was dry and slightly burnt and definitely over cooked, the pizza tasted liked some of the toppings was past its due date, needless to say it was not a good taste and it was a bad experience, the good news is I learned not to look at food advertisement when I”m hungry, the mind will definetly convince you the food must taste as good as it looks, okay that’s my excuse so please don’t judge me.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza. My pizza had no buffalo, had no sauce at all. I called to let them know about the mistake and they argued with me and told me I was lying. So here’s a photo for proof. 10/10 don’t recommend.

This is basically my go to pizza hut. Order there a lot. Pizza is always hot n fresh. Bread sticks are soft and good. Not hard like other pizza huts. Staff is always friendly. Clean floors. Not dirty at all. Never say in the dinning room, so can’t speak to much on that. But I’ve always had great service n food at this pizza hut. Pizza is made perfect. Not over done or under cooked. Perfect. Highly recommend this pizza hut.

We ordered on the phone and paid on the phone and had someone pick up on there way from work. Well they doubled the cheese bread order and pick up didn’t know, the food was dry and they shorted on the sauce. A disappointment all around for too much money.

I got a personal pan hamburger pizza, chicken nuggets, with pepsi, and cinnamon rolls. The nuggets were warm & uncrunchy, the cinnamon rolls were doughy and unedible… So they give me a $15 credit- THAT CAN ONLY BE USED AT THERE STORE!!!! So im now assed out the entire $21.71 because I can only use they credit at there store- MIND YOU IM A TRAVEL NURSE placed my order at 5pm and left at 2am…

So anyone want a free $15 credit for they nasty food? I cant use it, ill never be back to Harrisburg EVER AGAIN.

First of all PRAISE THE LORD!!! This is the FIRST Pizza Hut i went to that actually reopened their dining room since Covid! And its October 2022 and 31 months later, this Covid sensitive franchise finally decided to reopen the areas Pizza Hut dining rooms. I am amazing and happy! Sadly the franchise is still Covid sensitive to reopen the lunch buffet. So whats it like dining in at a Pizza Hut now? So there is no longer a host so its seat yourself. And there are no longer any servers. They are no longer serveing you restaurant style. So you eat at your table in carryout containers. But they will provide you with plates and silverware only if you ask. Also no more beverage service meaning you’ll need to buy a bottled beverage to drink when you dine in.

Okay so now let’s get on with the food. Delicious, that is all!

It only got a three because I really wanted pizza hut pizza. No waitress…waited until they were done helping to go orders, even tho we were here first, to be seated…had to go to the counter to order and pay… the place is desolute…we are the only ones here.
Asked for fresh
breadsticks to be ready first…no go! Relieved everything at once…yes o could have bailed, however it you advertise the dining room is open…then you should back it up with proper service.

Stopped by here after a long day at work and was very happy with my pizza. The gentleman who helped us (think his name was Justin) was very kind and pleasant! Some lady was being very rude to him about a situation he could not control but he handled it professionally. The workers are trying their best and doing a great job. Thank you Pizza Hut!
