I’ve held off on this review for awhile. I’m a former barista and know that any store can have an off day or two. This has been my 4th or 5th visit and there is some unfortunate consistency. Unfriendly “mean girl” staff (although they were better today but still not what I’ve experienced at other SBUX). If you have a mobile order and want a pup cup or water, you have to go wait in line and have it rung through. I’ve never seen that elsewhere. The wait is always longer than I would expect it to be given the volume while I’m there. I’ve been here at differs times on weekdays and weekends and the experience is consistent. To my mind that points to a management issue. It’s been different staff each time so it’s not like I’m running into the same grumpy barista. I actively avoid going to this one unless I’m literally driving past and won’t be near any others. (Parma 7Hills on Pleasant Valley is great, in fact, since I’m taking the time to complain here, I need to drop them a 5 star)

Every time I come here, I never get a sleeve on my cup so I do not tip them and then it is proof. If you don’t tip, they will not put a sleeve on your cup. Just try it most rudest bunch of employees. Maybe they all need to go back to sleep because they all looked very grouchy and they didn’t look like they really wanted to be at work this morning

I actually can’t think of a worse Starbucks. Horrible workers – slow and unfriendly. No greetings, no cup messages, no thank you. The drinks are inconsistent and the wait time is INSUFFERABLE – even when there’s literally no one there. Whoever is in charge should be fired, along with every possible employee. Gut it and start fresh. This location sucks

I have noticed many times that the store is not kept up well.
The floors and furniture are very sticky, all door windows are filthy and the bathrooms are not attended to appropriately.
I just want this store to feel welcoming since it has been renovated and I would like it to look spotless too.

Why is it that this location is never staffed? It takes 30 minutes -40 minutes to get an online order. This has been going on for months. It is slammed busy all the time and just needs to be staffed right.
