Don’t get me wrong I love the people here but the night shift is awful they like to lock the door at 8 and go hide in the back and not take your order at drive thru it’s so annoying she saw us and didn’t try to explain or anything she just walked away the morning shift is amazing tho I love them so much always get my order right and greet me with a smile. It’s not the first time I’ve had problems with that night shift if you’re thinking about going to Starbucks at night don’t even consider them they’ll close early on you ♀️

We went in on Christmas morning when I realized they were open, and we were greeted by the most enthusiastic staff that was full of Holiday spirit! Blake made amazing recommendations for our drinks! Emery was giving their best barista executing them! The staff here is amazing and even when they are stuck here on Christmas, they are bringing their best selves to the table! Love! Love! Love!

If I could stay here all day, I would! From the moment I walked in, the hospitality was incredible. Trinity greeted me with genuine warmth and a big smile, it immediately made me feel welcome. Her customer service is top-tier, and the positive energy is unmatched. I ordered a drink, and it was absolutely amazing, made just right. This place truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I was stuck in traffic so I decided to stop at Starbucks with my daughter. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Trinity and let me just say, she was everything! Her customer service was amazing, her energy was so warm, and she was very knowledgeable. Her smile and her spirit were everything, so welcoming and genuine. I absolutely loved her! Because of Trinity, this has officially become my favorite Starbucks location. Trinity, you have such a gift inside of you, keep being who you are and letting your light shine. You’re doing an amazing job!

I’m a regular at this location, and I love stopping by on my way to work in the mornings. The staff is usually friendly, and I appreciate how consistent the quality is. However, I’ve had a couple of frustrating experiences on weekends, especially in the late afternoon.
Twice now, I’ve had my drink made wrong, and the customer service was downright disappointing. The first time, I pointed out the mistake, and instead of remaking it, they dumped half the drink out and added a topping. When I asked if they could just remake it properly, the young guy behind the counter said, “No, it’s fine.” The second time, they threw my drink away entirely and didn’t offer to remake it at all. I ended up having to go to a different Starbucks and rebuy it.
What’s even more frustrating is that both times, the store wasn’t busy at all—there were only three people just standing around. It wasn’t like they were overwhelmed with orders; they just didn’t seem to care about getting the order right or offering a solution. I get that mistakes happen, but the attitude was really dismissive and unprofessional.
I’ll continue going to this location during the week, but after these experiences, I’m hesitant to stop by on weekends again. It’s really disappointing when a place that’s usually so reliable drops the ball like this. I hope they work on their customer service, especially when it’s not even busy.

Was excited for the new location but 2 out of 3 visits the coffee drinks were bitter and I ended up just throwing them away. One drink was super sugary caramel macchiato not sure how you make that bitter but they managed. Drive to another location, not worth the disappointment.
