I am highly disappointed me and my family went through the drive-through and got two orders of the $20 fill up meals ..which comes with Seven pieces of chicken per bucket for biscuits and two mashed potatoes. I’m upset because how you give me all these biscuits and no jelly no honey nothing sweet to put on these dry biscuits. Then how you give me all this chicken with no hot sauce no ketchup no nothing.. kfc u gotta do better

Small drumsticks and small thighs with only mashed potatoes food was stale seems like it was from yesterday. Overall experience was not good at all on the website. It says a gravy and coleslaw on the side just paid five dollars for this meal was insane.

Disgusting!! Hair in 2 of our meals. The first was a long strand of bright red hair, like from a wig. We threw that food away. Moved onto our next thing, and found black hair. I can only imagine what else goes on in this restaurant. We also paid for 2 sides, that weren’t in our bag. I wonder if cooperate knows how nasty this location is. Maybe they just don’t care. Either way, I’m embarrassed for them. The employees are lazy and ignorant. They act like you’re an inconvenience to them. I understand that things happen from time to time. But hair in both meals, and paying for food that we didn’t receive, not acceptable.

Ordered on the app. 3 PC white. Supposed to be 2 breasts 1 wing. They gave me 2 legs 1 thigh. Far cry from what I ordered. I had to eat it since my time was tight. What I did get tasted fine. Just totally incorrect pieces. You get 1 more chance. Plus, now I have to check order.

I’ll always get the Nashville Spicy chicken strips. They are great with a bowl of mashed potatoes and gravy. I’ll take a bowl of corn and 2 biscuits as well. Of course since it’s a family thing, I’ll get a fake fresh squeezed lemonade too., regular size of course. At this point, I’ll take a whole bucket of fried chicken! Got Spinach?
