I love Little Ceasers but after my online order for delivery jumped from $44 to $62 dollars and the door dash guy delivered it and all my 4 boxes of pizza were smashed where he turned them on there side and the cheese pizza was turned upside down and all the cheese was stuck to the top of the box, and they tell you that once the pizza leaves out the door its no longer there responsibility and its between you and door dash even they they are in contract with door dash to deliver for them is wrong. I paid y’all not door dash,so I will rather pay extra and order from Domino’s . I only posted 1 star because it won’t let you post if you choose 0 stars

I was trying to order a pizza online… but it turns out that I couldn’t order a stuffed pretzel crust three meat pizza which would have been awesome I think ..but I still went in the location in Lubbock Texas on the 2300 block of 19th Street an ordered the three meat pizza with a side of stuffed cheesy bread. the customer service 2 gentlemen we’re very nice and they know what they’re doing when it comes to Pizza … the pizza and bread were off the chain and cooked to perfection, and it took less time than what I was told so there you have it… it’s a good place to go if you’re looking for a pizza.. it’s hot and ready!! Pizza pizza!

While picking up an Uber Eats order, an older gentlemen with medium grey hair and brown covered my hand with both of his when I held up the phone to show him the name. Uncomfortable, I tried to pull my hand back and let him hold the phone himself but he wouldn’t let go. It made me uneasy because he was much older than me, a female making the pick up by myself, and he had no reason to touch me. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary. There was no reason for it. I will not be coming here again if he is still working there.

I love little Caesars pizza. They are affordable, quick, and good. I tried their new cheese bacon crazy puffs and they are amazing and well worth the money. The only issue is they are severely under staffed. The workers who are there, I only ever see one or two, are always really nice and do their best to be attentive to the customers. However it leaves them in way over their heads when they get busy. The workers are amazing, they just need more help.

We came here for dinner on a Monday night and it was not busy at all. We got three pepperoni pizzas that were perfect and tasted great. We also got two bags of crazy bread and they were buttered perfectly as well. Lastly we got the new crazy puffs and they were basically a slice of pizza in a cupcake size but they were okay. I really like this little Caesars they do a great job and the people are really friendly there.

Ordered online and was emailed when my food would be ready. Got an email that it was ready and went inside. They had 2 people working there so I wasnt too worried when they said my order wasn’t ready just upset I was emailed that it was ready. When then waited 10 minutes for my food and when I asked for a bag the guy at the counter rolled his eyes put everything in the bag and I politely asked for some red pepper he threw it in the bag. When I grabbed my pizza and breadsticks the box was cold. Aswell as the breadsticks. I’ll understand if you are having a bad day and only have 2 people working but I think it is bull for me to deal with happy customer service and cold pizza aswell.

Little Caesars is a simple concept with simple ingredients, located within walking distance of a university campus, the pizza is delicious and hits the spot, complimenting the affordable prices that you pay. Come here for simple and affordable pizza, or go overpay somewhere else for 12″ of nothing marketed as gourmet. Sure, I like my other pizza spots here in Lubbock, but Little Caesars has never disappointed me, especially when I needed a quick and affordable meal. You guys have my loyal business for years to come. Just don’t raise your prices like everyone else! Protip #1: Just use the app, and it’ll be ready by the time you get there. Protip #2: Unless they made it wrong, don’t order the ExtraMostBestest Pepperoni pizza. It’s a marketing gimic that oversells you on a Classic Pepperoni, not worth it.
