I was a regular customer here so much so that I’d be recognized when I’d call to place my go to order. Recently I’ve been a bit disappointed with the food, certain things not being remembered when I order, the customer service and just overall no longer feeling comfortable. I usually don’t complain always hoping for a better next time but unfortunately as of today I will no longer be returning to this location nor recommending this location. Please remember that people are paying with their hard earned money especially in this economy and that it is not an obligation to order or eat in at your location. We do so because at some point or another we appreciated your business. Hopefully these things improve going forward.

First time ordering from here and I am so glad I did! Everything we ordered was delicious! The gizmo was the best we’ve ever had, the bread…amazing! We also got the pasta with garlic and olive oil, again, tasted amazing! Loved that it had chunks of garlic. Also got Pizza, a Ham Calzone and Sugar Fried Dough balls. I cannot say one bad thing about my order. Highly recommend.

Good $10.50 for this large sub and drink. Veggies taste fresh however too much mayonnaise and I like mayonnaise but it was a bit too much I would get without next time.

I am annoyed with the service the past 2 times we have ordered here. Food was late , cold , and dried out. Today was over an hour for food that take no more than 7mins to 10min to make. When I called to ask where my food was I can hear them looking for it and I herd them saying it was there and someone forgot about it but when the lady got on the phone she said its on the way. Than 8min later it arrives. I am disappointed because they were so good and now they don’t even care.

This place no longer deserves 4 stars. Got people on the phone who don’t listen to your order so you’re repeating yourself 3+ times, then you get cold food, lucky if you get warm, nino’s has gone down hill insanely!
Update: Waited almost 2 hours for an order, tell the driver send it back & all they did was REHEAT the food that was sent back. I don’t know what happened to this place but DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I’ve just wanted to form everybody in Reading Pennsylvania about Nino‘s on 13 Street the quality of their the pizza and the pasta quality is not worth it go to mamas pizza instead. poor quality. Because we were not happy with their food they asked me to not return back after 13 years of purchasing their food and the quality went down the hill mamas forever. Look how the pizza was cut because of that they ask me not to come back.
