I went into this location in bucksport hoping to get the same quality service and product that I get at every other Duncan in my area. Unfortunately I expected too much. The girl who answered the drive-through speaker was very rude and snotty and unprofessional. I ordered avocado toast which I have ordered a multitude of times. This time as you can see in the attached picture, they put enough avocado on the toast for about three slices. After scraping half of it off I finally found it edible. I will most certainly not be going back to that dunkin’ donuts location. Worst experience ever.

Always get dunkin here. Half the time the lobby is either closed and you have to go through drive through, or they arent accepting mobile ordering. And sometimes depending on who’s working the staff is rude

I have traveled a lot and I can say, in my experience, this by far the worst DD I have been to. They are consistently slow and rude. I’ve waited over 30 mins in a drive through line more than once. Do not recommend doing business here.

The woman behind the drive through window needs to not work in customer service. I hand her my phone to scan a coupon I got from the rewards app. She scans it and instead of saying “hey you may have clicked the wrong one this doesn’t apply to anything you bought” (because I have the rewards app and 3 or 4 coupons) she just holds my phone until she hands us the drinks. Says “yah coupon wasn’t valid” and hands me my phone back. I go to adjust and bring up the right one and she says too late I already charged you. She didn’t even go into the reward screen (clickable from the coupon screen) to scan them. Just processed the payment. Didn’t even ask if I wanted to fix it before she charged my card. No conversation was had and when I attempted to say that wasn’t right she got attitude with me and insisted “oh well I charged you already” now I don’t get any points for the 30 bucks I just spent and she could have just asked before. It’s 8:45 am The line wasn’t long enough and store wasn’t nearly busy enough to warrant this level of disrespect. Never coming back to this DD. Ever.

I’ve never encountered such a horrible experience with dunkin until now.
The guy who took my order on the 29th was arrogant with attitude. Ordered a hot coffee with my usual fixins’ … got down the road and realized not only was my coffee room temperature- it tasted like it was sitting all day. I still love my Dunkin- just not in Bucksport, ME!
