Fantastic Pub, me and my brother came here after checking out a few of the Friday the 13th filming locations. We actually came back the day after as well staff were very friendly. The only unfortunate thing is we won’t be back anytime soon because we are from England but highly recommend if you are in the area.

Super small portions….but large prices… my daugher ordered a fish dish ….it was the size of a childs portion !!! What a joke….seems like the owner don’t care what they serve… been there a few times and it got worse, what made me write this review was another patron said the portions were large…what a JOKE!!

Service was extremely slow. We had a party of 7 and watched as the bar customers were served meals while we waited over 30 minutes for our meals. I do have to say the food was good. If they would improve service they would have a better rating

It was the worst steak sandwich I ever ate. The steak was cut in chunks and so well done lettuce sparce and wilted the roll stale. My husband had calamari hardly had coating and hardly cooked. Also we asked for FF super well done and they were raw. Waited a very long time for bad food. The manager very abrupt. We will never go back!

Great place, but should be changed that it’s closed at 11. Kitchen closes at 10. Joyce is a throw back country girl and the bar is half locals/half transplants Newbies. This bar and this town takes you back 50 years.

Haven’t been here for a while. Down south for the winter and getting older. But, my review is the same. Just try it already.
This has become one of our go-to places. Good food, good service, good bar with nice cold beer. The atmosphere is friendly and the prices are good also.

Food is consistently average and service is consistently slow and inefficient. Atmosphere is pleasant, the bar is cool, and people are friendly. There is a small outdoor eating area where cigarette smoking is allowed and the smoke sometimes wafts inside through a serving windows and the entrance door.

Pretty disappointed after reading 5 stars. Kegs were tapped and had to wait for bartender to switch out after listening to her complain about it. Ordered food but salads were wilted and appetizer came out cold. We sent back and I believe they microwaved and gave back to us. We cancelled our order and left. While the crab cakes tasted great there was a cold block of cream cheese in the middle. Same smushed cakes came back. Bartender seemed annoyed that we requested hot food. They tried to charge us for the app which we didn’t eat. It was fixed but overall really expected a better experience. Not going back.

JUST need Coffee on always.
