Nomadic Nutrition is such a gem in Rio Rancho! They have the most delicious and healthy protein drinks, teas, and even kid-friendly shakes — so many flavors to choose from that it’s hard to pick just one.
The atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s a great place for families. Deanna and Delenna are always so friendly, kind, and make you feel right at home every time you stop in.

Great little spot, nice seating at the bar style area. Friendly staff, great energy, delicious smoothies and shakes. The mixed berry protein shake was amazing and kind of tasted like a yogurt bar with some protein which I enjoyed a lot. Definitely coming back.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE let me tell you. I had Weightloss surgery VSG and before surgery my go to was Starbucks. I found this place one day going to the UPS store and I have not stopped shopping here since. The owner is super sweet and friendly! They have been a life saver. Their protein shakes, protein waffles, protein snacks have all been so delicious and not heavy at all on my stomach!
I am a strange human being and love to experiment with flavors and they are willing to indulge with my weird combinations! I currently am obsessed with a fruity pebbles/cocoa pebbles matcha protein shake. It is to die for! The fact that they’re willing to make me something like that should tell you everything you need to know.
Usually protein leaves a thick after taste where you know you’re having protein. You can’t taste it! These drinks are so yummy and also Diabetic friendly.
As you can see from my photos I am a regular and have to boast about it all the time! So delicious! This is my favorite place to treat myself.
Also you have to try the monster cookie bites! Oh my gosh! They’re addictive and so good!
Their teas to! My man and I fight over the Sour gummy worm mega tea. After I finish my protein shake I’ll steal his tea and he gets so mad because it is that good!
Also my fellow Matcha lovers, Matcha is officially on the menu!!!
Please give this small business a chance, you will be a regular instantly I promise. It’s delicious. There’s so much to try, you can do combinations and never be bored. Im filling up my member punch card so fast!
