Absolutely terrible experience at this Burger King. The employees clearly don’t care about customers at all — no one greeted me, no one offered to take my order, and they were all too busy talking on their phones or chatting with each other. The service was painfully slow, and there was zero communication the entire time. It felt like no one was actually running the place. Easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this location completely.

I have been going to the store for the past 3 years I have never had a complain. My last visit to the store will be my very last The employee I encounter was very disrespectful very rude have no customer service skill nothing but attitude. I got to the store she was in a corner playing on her phone I asked her if I could place my order. She started giving me more attitude I said I just want to pick up some breakfast she said this is my phone I can do whatever I want to do on my phone I asked her you don’t like your job she said I don’t care about this job I said okay she said by the way you can go somewhere else and get your breakfast please go somewhere else. I feel disrespected I left her store and I went across the street to 7-Eleven and I got me some breakfast but that would be my last time going to Burger King location on glades those type of employee cannot represent your company or your business You’re very disrespectful very unprofessional and have no courtesy or customer service skill I will attach this rude employee photo to this review.

I ordered a bacon king and it is supposed to come with eight slices of bacon, but unfortunately, they only provided me with one. I called the store to let them know what happened and the lady told me she doesn’t know and that she has nothing to do with the kitchen. I asked her if I can speak to the store manager she told me she was the store manager. I asked her doesn’t. She know that she’s responsible for managing her employees at the store And she said no she doesn’t have to do this. She is not responsible for the people in the kitchen. She told me she couldn’t do anything for me because she didn’t make my sandwich. These people wonder why they get paid the way they do. Take ownership and pride of what you do if not find another job.

I ordered a big fish combo from this Burger King and the sandwich was so hard I couldn’t bite in to it. It was like bitting into a leather shoe. It was so hard it could be used as construction material. I’d go back and get something else but they don’t have any burgers. It’s Burger King, come on y’all. The attendant in the drive thru was nice and I didn’t have to wait very long.

Two people working one on the counter whi is mostly taking the orders with the cars lined up and the other who works in the kitchen but wasn’t there for 10 minutes. Both have attitudes I don’t blame them .If you want to eat here and get out in 10 minutes forget it , go somewhere else . The owner should hire more staff or someone that is super fast

Just terrible! Asked for no onions and of course the burger had onions. I tried to get their attention but was ignored. Not sure who manages this store but they need to be held accountable for the horrible reputation they are putting there for BK.

Food took 30 minutes and I was only person inside of restaurant. Food was ice cold once we received our meal which makes no sense. Restaurant was not clean. Employees were texting and very unprofessional. I do not recommend.
