Definitely has some awesome new workers with compassion, patience, and most importantly good customer service! There is a short light skin sweet girl that’s been working drive thru every time I visit she has long black box braids , I must say for her to be new she is doing so well , my opinion . Waited more than 3 minutes at the counter to be acknowledged. Had employees look directly at me, then continue their conversation and stare at the sandwich slide. Manager was dealing with a drive through guest, there’s two other employees that can at least say hi, it will be a minute.

Mozzarella sticks were dropped fresh, but that also meant I had to wait an extra 5 minutes, manager was running the fryer too.

Thank God it’s not my local Arby’s, I don’t have to worry about avoiding this place.

Came up to the drive through at 10:50pm and it said they were closed but the store says 11:00pm online. If you’re gonna close 10 minutes early just change your hours to say that.

I went to Drive thru to order with a coupon which expires on 12/31/25 and the sales clerk tells me that the coupon was coming up $3 more in their system so I’m confused as to why I’m (customer) being told this and not the mgr. I didn’t have the time or money to waste on a not expired coupon that’s in their system incorrectly so I drove off and went to another restaurant.

Took forever for someone to take my order, and just as long to get it and when it did finally reach me it was burnt beyond eating, at this point the line had started to form and to wait would have been forever, maybe a new manager here may work. Up date it’s been months and Arby’s seems to not care about service rendered to the community I haven’t been contacted and offered a refund or any such way to make up for poor service,

Edit: Gave second chance. I pull up to the drive through hoping they were just having an off day and in fact was greeted rudely by some dude who only said.. “Arby’s”. Didnt ask for order. Zero customer service. I said nevermind and pulled off. Officially done with this place.

Pull up to drive through w your rep thats only says “Arbys”. No ” Can I take your order?”. No “What can we get for you today?”. Just states the name of the establishment I pulled into. Like yes, I am aware I am at Arbys. I then order one sandwich, no meal, just Cordon Blue. Instead of saying ok, pull around, HE SAYS NOTHING!!! I then have to ask if he’s good and if I can pull around. Get to window. Opens it and again, says nothing, I say hello, NOTHING….. then I am waiting for the food and texted my gf letting her know that 8nwish I would’ve chosen another lunch spot. I look up and the dude us just standing there. Hand out. Food in hand. Still saying nothing, no “hey. Here’s your order,. Or there ya go”. Just silence. Actually startled me a little bit because it was soooooooo weird. Like the lack of customer service in this day and age is sad. There is no pride in the work. These lil kids (YNs) gotta go.

Ordered potato cakes. Sign said I should get three. Got one and a half! Half one looked like someone bit it. Terrible service as well. Another customer complained about her tea and they told her it was that morning’s tea and that’s all they had.

Two words RAW CHICKEN!! We had to pull ahead and wait for our order. So not only did we have to wait for awhile but we waited for RAW CHICKEN!! I’m surprised I did not get sick!
