The drive through staff is two for two on forgetting chunks of my order. The food was depressing. Plain wings sitting on a tray of sauce so that only the bottom touches flavor. On the second attempt we found a long hair fried into a piece of chicken.

I come here on my lunch from the hospital very frequently & the experience everytime is extremely horrible. So I’m sure you can ask yourself “why go back?!” I ask myself the same question everytime but I guess I try to overlook the customer experience and just simply go for the food I’m in the mood for. It is extremely draining to deal with this location though I think this will finally be my last time. They will haggle you and try to make you pay for sauces that should be free. Especially when you are ordering multiple pieces of chicken that would normally offer sauces to enjoy. Some employees will let you switch sauces with no issues but then there is employees who will charge you for each additional sauce instead of simply just keeping a daily customer happy when you know you wouldn’t eat none of that chicken without any sauces. They have very poor attitude and will let customers walk out of the door and cause a whole big deal over a simple sauce that the customer should have the option to choose if they don’t like a certain sauce. They try to tell you no that sauce is for something else when realistically they shouldn’t be telling you what sauce you want to eat with your chicken it should be easily swappable.

Got sick from eating their fish sandwich. I guess they didn’t like that I made that order. They made a big deal about making the sandwich. I guess it’s an extra work for them. Just don’t order fish sandwich at this location.

I had the chance of meeting Gloria, she was very helpful and patient while I pla ed my order. She went as far as asking if I wanted anything else. She even dropped fresh chicken for me. That is definitely great customer service. She is an asset to the Popeyes family.

This is nasty as heck, I ordered two chicken sandwiches with just cheese no mayo no pickle. Both of them are absolutely drenched in mayo and pickles on both sides top and bottom are you not reading the order? Is it hard to do your job whoever made this I hope you’re ashamed because it’s really not hard to see no pickles no mayo I look forward to this and it’s like ruined. I can’t eat it.

Placed a mobile order and took me about 25 minutes to go pick it up(I live 10 minutes away) and not only was half my order missing at the window, my drinks had no syrup and my order was still wrong and missing items when I got home. My order was 2 meals and pies and we waited in the drive thru for an extra 15 minutes. There were no customers inside and they were well staff and the ladies at the window didn’t seem to care they messed uo and didn’t check anything before handing it to me.

Ordered my food 5PM..Got there 5:20pm and still have to wait another 15mins. I dont even care about the extra waiting. I just couldn’t believe the chickens have no seasoning ..someone in that location cooked Popeyes famous fried chickens without any seasoning..so disappointed. I don’t think I will come back to this location again.

Took a extremely long tine to get the order from the drive thru. Originally got order with just entree and no sides were in the bag. Luckily we checked the bag first. When we got home also noticed all the sauces were missing. This is a problem from the top. The franchise owner needs to do a better job Aswell as management.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered the family meal plus wanted to try the new Louisiana garlic wings that was advertised on a window poster for 6 wings for 5.99. The lady couldn’t comprehend what I was saying and decided to put Garlic parmesan wings. They were a dollar more and when I pointed to the window poster that showed the price she pointed to the other window which had them advertised for 6.99. After going back and forth she wouldn’t budge on the poster that said 5.99. Got the wings and they were the garlic parmesan that I didn’t want. Pointed it out and the Lady said “fine”. Comes back with the ones I wanted and just says “HERE!” No apologies at all. Got the spicy chicken and when we got home they were 10 pieces of bland and old chicken. Gross. Worst ever. Fries were a lump of soggy potatoes. Disgusting. Don’t go to Patchogue. Go to Ronkonkoma. Much better. Shirley is extremely inconsistent. They charge extra for spicy. I don’t even know if they are supposed to but Patchogue didn’t. Thank God. The receipt said spicy in picture. Zero spice .
