We have been here twice now and had great experiences each time. Service is quick, and the Jelatis are awesome. The employees are very friendly and they frequently clean up both the tables inside and outside.

I visited this location for the first time last night and was so impressed that I went back again today, the customer service that we received from Michael on both occasions was absolutely wonderful, what a great young man, he even remembered my order from the night before, was very knowledgeable on the menu, was able to suggestive upsale and and explained and signed me up for the rewards program, he is a true asset to this company.
My grandson and I both got the Italian ice which was so fruity, flavorful and delicious. My sister and daughter got the gelati and were very impressed, they even offer samples if you are unsure on your choice.
The place was very cozy, well lit and EXTREMELY clean, you can tell the owner and employees take great pride in keeping the place spotless.
This is definitely our new go to place whenever we want a sweet treat! I very highly recommend.

Lucky enough this place is right around the corner from us now. Every flavor we’ve had is better than the next. Met the owners, super nice local couple. They seem to have a great group of kids working there too. Kylie took our order and was kind and helpful with all of our questions. Happy to have them in Port Saint Lucie.

The service here is in need of serious attention . I walked into the store and got completely ignored by two staff members and the store wasn’t even that busy. They need to learn from a top of the line service restaurant like chic-fil-a. Even when it’s busy they always greet their customers without an attitude of superiority which was apparent at this Italian ice location . .Very disappointing . Do better.
