Love this Biggby! The customer service is Top Notch! I’m always greeted with a smile, and very polite. My drink is made exactly how I like it. I mostly go inside and the waiting/dining area is always very well kept. Will go out of my way to go to this location.

I visit every morning, staff is always cheerful, they all know exactly how I like my coffee. Occasionally when I come in they’re busier than usual, but I’m always happy to wait because I know what it’s like.
Don’t get food all too often, but when I do it’s either doughnut holes, or 2 breakfast bagels. I absolutely love the atmosphere and staff, which is why I visit every morning.

I asked for a small cappuccino and what I got was basically some kind of watery mess. It tasted like dirty dishwater, not coffee. No foam, no flavor, just a cup of garbage. For these prices this is honestly ridiculous. If you want real coffee, this is definitely not the place

I’d like a manager to contact me. I was ignored in store this morning (I was the only one inside and they passed by me at the register multiple times). The drive thru was slammed so I know they were busy – I’m not sure if this is an overall staffing issue or if someone called in but this is not okay. You can’t straight up ignore a customer inside just because the drive thru is busy.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, although it took them a while to give me my order at first. I ordered a caramel marvel hot latte with coconut milk, and when it came it was watery with no coffee taste and had hardly any flavor at all. I took a couple sips and asked them to make me a new one. It came back slightly stronger but still watery and without much flavor. This was disappointing, especially since I’ve ordered coconut milk lattes before and they tasted nothing like this. I don’t believe that they have experienced enough people making the product. I will not be returning to this location.

I stopped in for a simple black coffee. The place was clean and the staff all seemed busy, which I respect — but I still waited 10 minutes for a basic brewed coffee. The real surprise came when I was charged over $4 for it. I know inflation is everywhere these days, but apparently, even plain coffee is feeling fancy now.
